“The location was excellent and had a great historic feel that is appropriate for the area. The continental breakfast in the morning was fantastic and a great way to fuel up for a full day exploring the battlefields. We had a great view from our room.”

“Great location and large room, downside was no staff on site; we needed to call to get someone from the next door diner to open the door. No welcome or further context. Also no staff when we checked out. Rooms are nice and spacious, the outdoors patio and garden are a great opportunity to relax in, but is current quite empty; if they would make this a bit more cosy and welcoming it would be a lot better.”

“The room carpet was so filthy that my 18 month olds feet were completely black from playing for 2 hours. I will NEVER get a room there again, I go to Gettysburg several times a year and I will gladly pay $ 700 to a much cleaner hotel. The cleaning ladies work like dogs to get everything done before they get sent home, I’m assuming to save money for the hotel, that hotel will forever be known as the LOW QUALITY INN.”

Very nice welcome from staff - we got there a bit late in afternoon or early evening after excessive traffic coming from Philadelphia - both rush hour and construction. Room, bed and amenities very nice and comfortable. Gas fireplace in room. Room located in different building from main office. One on flight of stairs then 2 smaller flights to room.
