“The parking situation is horrendous. You have to park in a ramp across a busy four lane street and then walk back to the hotel. Not user friendly at all, especially if you have mobility problems.”

“Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. The big bummer was the air conditioner didn’t work properly. When I got in the room the thermostat was set to 63 but it was 70 in the room. Me...

“We did not end up staying at this hotel. We were booked into a handicapped room, which I specifically did not select and there was nothing else available. The hotel room that we were assigned smelled like stale urine and the toilet was broken. The public restroom next to the lobby was Out Of Order. “I wish I had caught her name, but the lady that checked us in was amazing. Friendly, personable, helpful, and prompt. Breakfast was decent, typical continental options but also some healthy toppings for oatmeal offered. My only feedback is that the indoor pool was freezing. Not sure if the heater was out, or if they just don’t have one, but was definitely too cold for our kids.”

“We were able to check in early, which was nice. TV and bathroom were outdated. There were two of us. I had to ask for a second room key and there were exactly two of each towel. Seemed a little stingy—a bit inconvenient if you want to take more than one shower. But it was fine for one night.”

“The hotel and room were great. When I found I had been upgraded to a room that I didn't expect, the front desk person assured me that I would only be charged for what I had paid for through Expedia. “Staff was unavailable. I waited 45 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk and the housekeeper could not find someone to assist.”

“Only one channel on the TV. Maint. came up and fixed the channels but didn’t program the remote so no volume control. Motel is very old and worn. Front desk staff were nice enough, but after Ubering to & from the hotel & airport, it would have definitely been more cost effective to stay at a nicer hotel with a shuttle & free breakfast.”

“Air conditioning was very odd. You couldn’t just set it to cold. If the temp got below the temp set, the heat would turn on instead of just turning the air off. So the room was constantly changing between warm and cool. Beds were comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Hotel was overall very nice. Would stay again.”

“I would not recommend nor stay at it again. The bed was a cheap foam mattress with no support beneath. Furniture was sparce and worn out. Probably got from a garage sale. Facility was badly in need of refreshing. I had to have staff for a chair. Breakfast was cold and uncreative. I'm beginning to think about not ever booking at a Hampton Inn again. They are falling apart.”
