“When arriving the checkin line was out the door. Which would be fine but the staff was taking 20-30 minutes per person to check in. Took over an hour to get checked in. Once checked in the room seemed clean but the air conditioning did not work and the faucet was broken in the bathroom. Since the room was staying at 75-80 and didn’t want to stand in line again we just stayed in the room. Also trying to call the front desk resulted in the phone just ringing with no answer. “Room was clean and the staff was very cordial and welcoming. Arrived a little early and they didn’t make me wait too long before checking me in. The property is walking distance to the convention center which is exactly what we were looking for. Some things to consider: the hotel is in an area that is surrounded by apartments. Parking is extremely limited on the street and a parking structure is not available on the premises. I paid the additional fee to park at a structure nearby, which...
