Hotel vicino a Molo Catalina Sea and Air Terminal - Los Angeles

“Staff was great! Room wasn’t the best.”

“We reserved two rooms. One had water all over the bathroom mirror and spots of black mold around the bathroom mirror and walls. I told the front desk and they moved me immediately. The other room had what appeared to be blood and feces between the mirror and sink and on the grab bar in the bathroom. The manager said he initiated a 20% refund through Expedia. I called Expedia and they told me they knew nothing about it and did not have a refund for me. I called the property, left a message over...

“Perfect for just a room, but don’t expect any amenities such as ice machine, refrigerator, or microwave. The location is incorrect and in a dangerous zone of the city (9th and mesa) and there’s no designated parking space. Overall I had a decent experience but I wouldn’t come back unless I desperately need a cheap room. P.S., the motel is also inaccessible for people with disabilities so be wary of that.”

“Nice place, Every accomodation inside and nearby. The room was new, nice smell and clean as normal. The staff is ok. I would be back.”

“Clean property, helpful and kind staff. AC ventilation is not the best since air flow can be blocked by how low it is installed and a bed is inches away from it.”

“This room looked like a scary movie. It smelt like pee. There was someone else food in the microwave and clothes in the drawer. This hotel should be removed from the renting website. Not worth $20. I want a full refund and compensation from pain and suffering. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!”

“Room had bugs. Moved bed to catch bug never cleaned under bed. Bathroom had black mold. Furniture had nicks and scrapes. Would never go back.”

“Wonderful stay! Staff was super friendly and price was absolutely convenient. Room was clean and comfy. I would certainly recommend you to stay here when you're in Redondo Beach.”
