Hotel vicino a Museo ng San Pablo - San Pablo

“The front desk staff were all a,aging as well as the kitchen staff. The owner Roan was a very pleasant man and enjoyed conversations with him. Looking forward to another stay here in the future. Plenty of chilled water machines on site, the aircon worked very well in the room, the pool was good but needed some daily cleaning of leaves and bugs in the water; I am sure that is a never ending struggle. The property is located a long distance from all the noise and congestion ad a very peaceful...

“When I arrived, they acted as if I didn't have a reservation. Expedia wouldn't give me the money back, either, so a big big disappointment, this hotel. Good thing I had someplace else to stay!”

“It's okay”

“was good experience overall”

“Quiet and peaceful”

“The room is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The outdoor pools are clean. The hot springs pools are very relaxing. The view from the resort is stunning. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and the restaurant chef tailored the dishes offered on the menu to plant-based meals. I enjoyed it so much that I reserved a three-night stay the following weekend.”

“Excellent staff, was moved to different room immediately when there was a problem with airconditioner leaking. Central location convenient to UPLB.”

“Awesome ”

“Mylene the care taker is superb. The place is quiet which is a plus, too quiet that we were the only guests. Breakfast food was native and delicious. ”

“Owner and Staff are ver friendly and courteous. ”

“Staff very helpful ”

“Very clean and spacious ”

“The staff was very friendly and very attentive, which more than makes up for the facilities, which need updating. Our room was clean and we were well taken care of so we throughly enjoyed our quiet time in the resort. Thank you. ”

“Facilities, changed room 3 times. First room the toilet bowl doesn’t flush, second room smells terrible, third room the sink drainage is broken when used water splashes out directly on the floor not on the drainage, vacant lot near the room area is used for garbage. Can’t stand it so instead of 2 nights we checked out early morning (4.00 am) the following morning. ”

“The staff was friendly and willingness to help”

“Had an issue with the Vittoria room and they upgraded me to the Octavia room for free. Absolutely wonderful place and helpful staff!”

“The room needs update I had to check out a day earlier and I lost money ”

“we had a bad experience we were not allowed to enter unless we pay again, we already paid in full thru online but it's not honored by the new management ,,there's a problem in booking between old and new management, think twice guys before you enter into any transactions otherwise you'll be the next victim ,it's disgusting ruined the birthday celebration of my daughter!”
