“This hotel is a solid five stars. The staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurants was excellent and very tasty. They went above and beyond in anything that you ask of them.
The room was perfect and had daily service plus night turn down. The only thing that I would try to make it better is that the shower needs some type of safety handle as the floor is ceramic tile and with the soap becomes a bit slippery.
But otherwise this is the perfect hotel for your stay in Panama city. ”

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a rooftop bar that can be loud at night if you have a higher level room, but the hotel provides ear plugs for more light sleepers. It helps to know “survival Spanish” to communicate, but the same can be said in general throughout Panama City. ”
