“I had bedbugs in my room. The hotel handled it well by switching my room and ultimately moving me to the Plaza location, along with refunding my stay and parking fees. I'm waiting on reimbursement, offered by the manager Andrew R., for replacement luggage, medical care, and other expenses. Will update when that matter is resolved. “Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking.”

“Specifically picked this hotel due to its proximity to Busch Stadium, went to a ball game and wanted to be able to walk to, and from the stadium back to the hotel. I didn't choose to do valet, and just parked in the garage across the street for $30 for less than 24 hr parking. Didn't really have time to use any of the amenities the hotel offered, but the bar/dining area looked really nice.”

“All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco.
