“My best friend and I took a little get away and went to the spa and had the best massage I’ve ever had. The room was clean and the service was amazing. We ordered room service and the food and service was so wonderful! I will definitely be back this is one of the best hotels I have been too!”

“We came to see the Big Boy Steam Engine 250 America tour. Fairfield was the perfect place to stay. Very kind helpful staff, clean comfortable room and beds. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. The best part was our city view room. Enjoyed the Wheel & Union Station Light show each evening right from our room. Plus it was an easy walk to Union Station. We definitely plan to stay again when we're in the St. Louis area.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Our only complaint was the parking. When we arrived, the check-in/valet parking was so crowded that we had no where to park. We circled the block a few times and then found off street parking about a block away. After we got checked in, we could park in the garage. Had it been better explained prior to arrival, it wouldn't have been as stressful.”

“Everything was OK, but not terrific. The breakfast was great and the help there was excellent. The hotel in general was a bit rundown. I was there a few years back and it was in better shape.”

“I booked a deluxe room through Expedia, but the amenities did not match the description of what I paid for. When I went to the front desk, they were very polite but not accommodating. So we get To the room, it is a small room, that looks like it hasn't been dusted in months. Went to fill the Ice container it had dust so thick I actually had to wash it with soap and water and really wipe it down. Then we had to go on a scavenger hunt for ice. We were on the 1st floor we had to stop at each level...

“No microwave in the room and paid $100 more at site than I booked online. Other than the $40 for parking not sure why cost was higher”

“Great place, will definitely visit again. Everyone was really nice, and I really appreciated that all the restaurants and the aquarium were all within the same complex. So I never had to get into my car. You did go to the arch and the zoo, and those were no more than 6 to 8 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.”
