“This is how hotels should be. It was absolutely esquisite. The finishings on the building was amazing and consistent throughout and was echoed by the quality at every angle, from the welcome, to food, to service, you name it. “The fairly recent renovation has transformed this lovely building and offers considerable comfort and facilities. Elegant lounge and bars. “Hotel molto carino e pulito. Un po' più moderno rispetto agli standard inglesi d'arredamento alberghiero. I bagni presentano il solito problema inglese della mancanza di miscelatore nel lavandino, risulta quindi complicato lavarsi comodamente. “Lontano 5km dal Festival Reading. Bisogna prendere il taxi sempre perché si trova in campagna. La corsa a Reading station o Reading festival costa 10£. Internet è incluso soltanto nella reception. Non ci habno communicato questa cosa e abbiamo dovuto pagare 3£ a giorno a telefono. Per il resto molto bello e decorato con gusto.”
