Hotel vicino a Museum of East Asian Art - Bath

“Hotel con posizione bellissima, e molto pulito ed elegante. Non mi è piaciuto che alla fine ci abbiano fatto pagare un prezzo esagerato per meno di 24 ore di parcheggio, e per delle spese di reception che non ho trovato ne chiare ne giuste.”

“We arrived a little early, but found a parking space at the property, went in and introduced ourselves. We had booked a twin room, but we're given a free upgrade to a lovely, and spacious room with a four poster and excellent views of the city. Our room wasn't ready but we were given a key and told we could park up and take the fifteen minute walk into town. Our room was ready on our return, and a lovely room it was. Well furnished, comfortable bed and a very nice en-suite. After another walk...

“Sinceramente non ci siamo trovati bene. All’arrivo una delle 2 camere non era quella concordata nella prenotazione: più piccola, con un televisore più piccolo ma soprattutto con un letto di dimensioni piccole per un uomo di altezza normale come mio marito che la prima notte ha dormito con i piedi fuori dal letto. Anche il servizio non era sicuramente da 4 stelle: in entrambe le camere mancavano asciugamani, shampoo e gel doccia (che erano assicurati nella prenotazione) e c’era parecchia polvere....

“I was put right at the top. It might have been nice to be in a lower room as I had a lot of bags. No one answered the telephone. The room was a bit tired and worn, not worthy of the price paid. It felt more like an elderly bnb than a boutique hotel. ”

“Tutto stupendo: Siamo state accolte da personale super gentile che ha reso la permanenza un vero piacere. La colazione ottima, con una buona varietà e una qualità dei prodotti ottima. La camera ampia e curata nei dettagli, con acqua, bibite, tisane e snack a disposizione. Il bagno davvero grande, con vasca e doccia separate e tutti gli accessori di cui si può aver bisogno. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio incluso nel prezzo. Che dire davvero un soggiorno stupendo!! Unica cosa che aggiungerei...
