“Our stay at the Maxwell StayPineapple was wonderful! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the food at the hotel, and our waitress, Victoria, was extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting interesting things to see. The hotel was such a close distance to a lot of attractions, restaurants, and the Monorail.”

“This is a charming, reasonably priced hotel in a nice neighborhood. It’s less than half a mile from the cruise terminal, which is extremely convenient, if you’re flying into Seattle the night before a cruise. My favorite thing about this place, however, was the staff. They were friendly, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Autumn was particularly nice and made an excellent recommendation for a local restaurant, which was amazing. Highly recommended.”

“I was in the city for four days and three nights!! They never cleaned our room or changed our bed sheets………. The whole entire time we were there. I had four people in our group. So I called down to the front desk for more towels and to let them know that our room was never made up. They said we only do that every two days.
