This hotel was perfect for us being able to walk everywhere we needed to go and also have our vehicle parked in a secure area. Lobby was warm but the room had A/C which was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Also the staff were very frienldy and informative when we had questions. ”

We got here way earlier than anticipated and really appreciated that they had a room ready for us after hours of travel. Love the refillable water stations. Great location, felt safe. Restaurant on site is beautiful and the staff was amazing as well (we only had drinks, but the menu looks awesome)! Rooms were very clean, quiet, updated and the bed was very comfortable!...

“I reserved a stay at this hotel as I was in town to take a cruise to Alaska. The staff were great and very hospitable. My room was so cute, comfortable and quaint. I enjoyed my stay and will return! I like that it has charm and not like your everyday hotel. Having the club below the hotel is a bonus. ”

“Hotel was exactly as advertised ! Hotel is still new and you can tell in all the good ways. Decor is beautiful and staff is friendly & helpful. Cafe breakfast was lovely and whole foods is a 1 minute walk. Would definitely stay again.”

“A Fantastic Hotel...The La Loba Restaurant deserves a Michelin Award. The service was wonderful. Try the $85 per person Sampler. An equisite journey into tasty samplings of the Chefs unique creations. The downside was the breakfast. The service was terrible. I had to get up twice to get ketchup ordered, the eggs were salty and uneatable, never received second coffee. $50 for yougurt and eggs (not eaten), and $65 for valet parking I thought to be little much.”

“The valet at $55 a night did not always text me when the car was ready.
1st room had a plumbing issue and stains on the carpet.
2nd room stains on carpet.
Bath room small, underlit, no counter space, no exhaust fan. Room was so noisy was like no insulation. Sounded like a window was open even though it wasn't.
Missing a trim piece on a down light. I called for room to be cleaned one night and it did not happen.
I felt like the room was tolerable but not what I expected at this price point....
