“It was clean and nice but I couldn’t get the cold water in the shower. I did report to the front desk”

“When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms.”

“Pictures were deceiving. Nothing like the listing. Honestly was afraid to sleep on the bed. We had been driving for hours and just needed to sleep. Do not recommend.”

“The only reason I picked this was the 8.2 review rating, my mistake. The room wasn’t very clean. If you want to stay with rowdy construction crews, this is your place. The manager Jr. is a good guy and seems to be able to handle the situations that come up. ”

“We loved the clean and quiet of the room. The floor is the only thing that didn’t feel clean. Would have liked extra towels . Loved the breakfast and the pet friendly!”

“Every was clean. However, there is construction in the hotel. Even at 8:45, Sunday, the day after July 4th, the workers decided to wake us up while using saws. Then, half the breakfast was cut out because of construction that was not even on the same floor. Worst experience I’ve had as a Hilton Honors members.”

“Well, the room was clean, but they had major maintenance going on and we woke up at 9:30 AM my gas powered Pressure Washer right outside, my vehicle is damaged by another guest that flicked a lit cigarette on it and then the desk clerk refused to help me and she refused to give me her manager‘s phone number told me that she even didn’t have it herself, which was a complete lie. The only reason I got my deposit back is cause I had to file a claim on my account and get it that way, because she...

“The AC did not work properly. It never shut off and the room was extremely humid. One of my worst experiences ever.”

“They didn't disclaim they were under renovations and the pool was closed! It looked more like a construction site than a hotel. It was a shock learning this after driving for over 2 hours to get there.”

“Everything at the property was great. All of the staff were friendly and helpful with all requests.”

“Price was right, definitely felt low quality though. A/c was noisy. Bed wasn’t very soft. Floor was all wet in the morning due to the a/c not being turned down cold enough.”
