“The biggest complaint was breakfast. They were not keeping it stocked, we had to wait for bacon and biscuits to be cooked after they ran out (twice), ran out of toast and bagels and didn’t seem to be concerned about restocking the food. Garbage cans overflowing with breakfast plates. Breakfast would have been great if they had not been running out of everything and no one watching to keep it stocked”

“What Wonderful and Considerate Staff!!! Comfy beds. Large TVs with Netflix and Prime! Breakfast not good :( Bathtub cannot use for bath, no way to stop drain. Marquee advertised pool was opened but it was not. Would definitely stay again.”

“It was a really lovely hotel. The room wasn’t particularly large, but it was very stylish and more than comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. The bathroom was spacious, spotless, and absolutely wonderful — probably my favorite part of the room. It was beautifully designed and felt really luxurious. The high ceilings and large windows also made the room feel bright and impressive. We truly enjoyed our stay.”

“Camera grande. Pulizia da migliorare. Wifi ok. Colazione sufficiente poca scelta. ”

“Camera spaziosa, molto calda anche se fuori neve e freddo, pulita, doccia ottima, wifi buono, eccellente la piscina interna riscaldata molto pulita. Colazione ottima, oltre al solito da motel anche uova salsiccia e patate. Personale gentilissimo. Hanno spalato la neve dietro la nostra macchina ed erano sempre disponibili. Assolutamente da consigliare!!!!”

“Rooms trash was not emptied from previous guests, parking lot filled with sketchy junkies roaming around asking me if I wanted to smoke up with them. Room had multiple broken lights, shower was still wet with hair in it, shower head is broken. Breakfast is just 1 item you can grab and go, I didn’t even bother trying to get anything, wanted to leave asap. Type of hotel where you have the gun out on the nightstand while you sleep.”

“Hotelo comodo, abbastanza confortevole. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il Black Canyon.”
