“I regularly frequent this property I always look forward to coming down to the island and as it stands now and has been this way for years this is the only place I want to stay at Puente Vista has the perfect location and the views are priceless it is peaceful clean and quiet I enjoy seeing all the bird life and fishing off one of the many docks scattered throughout the property including behind your personal condo. “Amazing location, amazing, property, outstanding guest services (shout out to Brittney) for amazing wine and fire pit evenings... group activities for the whole family to enjoy. enjoyable walk down the boardwalk to the beach, sand dune experience was delightful. Top notch stay... will of course come back again, and again and again... yall are amazing...”

“Some kind of mold on all the cabinet doors that we wiped off. Noise and music from the bar that is right next to the hotel kept us awake well past 1 am. Curtains did not block out the street lights so made for a horrible night's sleep with the light coming in. The unit we were in was a bit run down and the mold on the cabinets was probably the source of the weird smell. Breakfast was small with limited options but okay. Staff was nice. Wouldn't stay here again based on our experience.”

“I should not have been charged the amount I paid, the property was in shambles, bad odor throughout, even the employees had such shocking BO, the smell continued to permeate the elevators when they got off. I'm not sure you should even open to the public, there was damage and broken tile, walls, all facilities were filthy and in shambles, not sure how to describe the condition of this property other than in shambles.”

“The AC was out and so the room got super hot. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Neighbors were load, drinking and smoking in their rooms and outside. Never again will I use this place.”

“Arrinving you can see the lackof maintenanse in the building. In the room air is wierd, start to cool and goes to tep set but to start again to cool down it let the room warm a little and start again. Mattress is very soft so no support and pillows the same. Breakfast is very but very simple, one fruit and some bagels milk and cereal. Did not see the SPARK”

“For the price, the property and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were great. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip!”

“First time ever staying here and the place was really nice. That air conditioner was really good really cold. The staff helped me out a lot and answered all my questions on all I it’s a pretty good place. Definitely coming back again and also keep up the good work guys.”
