“Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Excellent food. Disappointed with the spa facilities, certainly not luxury. Massage rooms were in a hut next to the swimming pool. You had to walk behind the reception desk and through the swimming pool to get there. There was no relaxation room. Enjoyed the massage but for the price I had hoped for some luxury and somewhere to lie down and chill afterwards. Also you have to go through the tiny gym to get to the hot tub and if someone is using the treadmill...

“We didn’t really like anything about the hotel. The staff are friendly but are all very young. Very tired decor and not maintained particularly well. Spa is awful. No shower in our bathroom which is unheard of in this day and age, especially in a heatwave! No mini fridge to keep drinks cool. Small, stuffy room and advised not to keep windows open as the midges will enter! Very, very overpriced. Felt quite ripped off.”
