“Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities great, hotel feel is laid back and luxurious but not fussy. Very clean and beautifully kept grounds. Location is great 30 minute walk to beautiful little town Panormo which has plenty restaurants, bars and a few shops. 30 minute drive into the city of Rethymno. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days. ”

“The location is very nice, and the view from the room is wonderful.
The room itself was functional, but too old-fashion and plain for a 4-star hotel (for instance, the shower had a tent instead of glass panels, so a lot of water went out).
Breakfast was rich but chaotic. Moreover, there were no specific options for celiacs (as my girlfriend is), as I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
Finally, the hotel is targeted at French people, so ~95% of the guests came from France. No one was hostile to...

Convenienty located between two parts of Bali with a land train stop right outside if required. view from the rooftop terrace where we had breakfast was stunning. It is fairly new and are a few tweaks to make but overall it was great.”

The pool was always refreshing and relaxing, and there was a fully-stocked pool bar for drinks. Meals were served buffet style, and the dining area oversaw the pool. The rooms had either pool view, mountain view, or partial sea view. I would definitely stay here again! <3”

“Lage war optimal. Man sollte gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein, da es sehr stark bergauf und bergab geht. Leider war die Sauberkeit im Zimmer nicht optimal, jedoch wurde auf Nachfrage versucht alle Mängel zu beheben. Die Betten waren wirklich sehr gut und sehr bequem. Wenn man das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis berücksichtigt, ist es ein gutes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und engagiert. ”
