Their total area is 700 m² (350 m² each) and they are built on an area of seven acres. They have a total of 14 bedrooms with the possibility of hosting up to 28 people. In each villa, the visitor will find on the ground floor an airy single room, with a living room with comfortable sofas and direct access to the pool, a 60" Smart T.V. and the fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances and all utensils for preparing for serving of meals. On the same level, each villa has a bedroom with bathroom with shower, air conditioning, wardrobes, 2 single beds measuring 0.90X2m, 32 inch smart TV and patio doors leading to a spacious balcony overlooking the playground.On the second floor each villa has three bedrooms, all with their own bathroom with shower, air conditioning, wardrobes, Smart T.V 32” and a balcony overlooking the pool and the fields or the playground. 2 of the three bedrooms have 2 single beds, while the third one has a double size of 1.60X2m. In the attic of the residences there is another bedroom, with a double bed, air conditioning, 32 inch smart TV and a bathroom with a shower, a small kitchen for the basic needs of the guests and a large terrace overlooking the pool and the courts equipped with outdoor furniture for relax and enjoy your food or drink. In the basement of the houses there is an equipped gym and sauna, a bedroom with a bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and a 32-inch smart TV as well as a large bathroom with a shower.ExteriorThe facilities and amenities of the outdoor area of the complex will impress you and leave you completely satisfied. The swimming pools have a dimension of 150 m² and a depth of 1.40, they have a jacuzzi and a children's pool for our little guests. Around the perimeter there are many furnished areas, with comfortable sunbeds, a coffee lounge and outdoor dining areas to enjoy your meals. The two courts of the complex can be adapted according to your wishes in tennis, basketball, volleyball courts. In the playgrounds, our little friends can spend endless hours of fun on the playground. We have also taken care of the entertainment of the older ones with billiards, air hockey, foosball and a ping pong, the complex has two barbecues with gas and an outdoor kitchen, showers and a comfortable parking lot with a charger for charging electric cars for free.
