Honey-hued in appearance and sweet in nature, Sweet Sunshine Villas, embody the very essence of Cretan country-chic. Idyllically situated in Agia Village and close to Perama, complete with 500m2 private land and two outdoor 30m2 private pools (one of them can be heated with additional fee). Inside is a perfect coming-together of modern design and classic architecture where you may find, 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms with Fully equipped kitchens making it an ideal multigenerational holiday home for 16 guests to come together. The sublime villas, can welcome up to 12 guests in real beds & 4 additional guests are welcome also and can sleep at the two available folding sofas located in the living rooms. The maximum capacity of the villa is 16 guests.

External Living | 2 x Private Pools, Spa Whirlpool(non-heated) & BBQ
This captivating home lays in 500m² outdoor area and is embellished with two 30m² private swimming pools (1,50 meters deep, one of them can be heated with additional fee) | for stays of more than 10 nights, pool heating service will be offered complimentary), also boasting an in-pool 6-seater jacuzzi (non-heated) in one of the pools. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor shaded dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 30 euros per day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Bonus - Family Friendly
For children's play time, the retreat also features an artificial lawn play area with a playground for our younger guests. A ping pong table and a trampoline is also available for endless play time with loved ones.

Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive homes boasts 6 bedrooms & seven bathrooms, two living rooms with two fully equipped kitchens, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds, as well as four extra guests can be accommodated at the sofas of the two available living rooms. The maximum capacity is 16 guests.

*TO SEE: Located at the picturesque Agia Village. The sublime Villas are only within a few minutes driving reach to Perama Village and 15 minutes driving distance to Panormo SeaSide Village, but still offering the long awaited tranquility home you longed for. Shopping facilities for everyday's necessities can be found at the neighbouring village of Perama within a distance of 10 minutes by car, providing tavernas and cafes, a super market, bakery, a grocery shop, butcher’s, a hairdressers as well as a pharmacy & hospital. A gas station can also be found in Perama which is also less than 10 minutes away by car. Panormo Village & Bali Village also features wonderful sandy beaches, which is the closest to the villa, within 20 minutes driving, with shallow waters making it ideal for families. Also Rethymno town, offers a great selection of choices in shops, restaurants and anything else you might need and can be easily reached by car within 30minutes.
