Set within 640 m² of landscaped outdoor space, the villa boasts a private 48 m² swimming pool (1.40 m deep) with a dedicated children’s section (2 x 3 m, 0.50 m deep), a spa whirlpool (2 x 2 m, non-heated), a 460 m² lawn area, and a 4-seater inflatable hot tub for serene relaxation. The pool terrace is thoughtfully appointed with sun loungers and umbrellas, while an outdoor shower adds convenience and comfort.

The maximum capacity of the villa is 6 guests. Every corner of the villa is crafted to blend refined comfort with an airy, inviting layout, ensuring a seamless experience of relaxation and togetherness.
