“Easy check in, exaclty as listed. Great for spring break trip! Only downside was couldn't get the wifi to work nor the TV. Only other downside was the service in the bar and grille restaurant was not the best but pools and hot tub made up for it. Definitely would stay again! ”

“Super cute little penthouse room with a beautiful view! The only complaint we have is the bed. It was EXTREMELY squeaky and moved every time one of us rolled over, it also dents in the middle and is not very comfortable. It’s definitely time to replace the mattress. Other than that we loved our stay! If the bed got replaced we would definitely stay again. ”

“The whole experience from booking to checking out was very easy and seamless. The condo we stayed in was recently remodeled and looked great. Left plenty of towels, etc... Location was very convenient to everything. Will be staying here again”

“Rooms were run down and filthy. The furniture was falling apart, pull out couch was broken, safe didn't work, dresser draws were broken, paint chipping off wall, the floor looked like a dirty mop was ran over the floor, carpets in the bedroom had dirt built up on The floors around the bed. The view was beautiful and the amenities were very nice but I will not stay in a Vacasa-managed rental again.”

“Was a great stay could have been better room wise. Pictures showed coffee and coffee filters when I asked host said that I had to supply it. Along with only supplying one trash bag ( had many stays on vrbo and never had that before). Besides that was a very nice vacation!:)”

“The location is perfect. Across the street from Barefoot Landing. There are multiple pools, beach front, easy access to the beach. The condo itself is super cute and has everything you need including a full size fridge. The host was amazing and extremely responsive. Also, the pool areas and beach are monitored so despite being a large resort, everything was well maintained and safe. ”

“I think the place was fine definitely can use some TLC in common areas. But the view and location are good. Staff was friendly. Especially our tiki bar tenders”

“The condo is outfitted perfectly for an enjoyable vacation. Bay Watch is a great family oriented spot in North Myrtle Beach. Our kids loved the many indoor and outdoor pools, and beach access was perfect. Had breakfast each day at the buffet, which was super tasty and affordable. The other restaurant on the facility, Fish Tales, blew us away with their unbelievably tasty menu, and awesome adult beverages. Five stars all around!”

“The kitchen was very tight, lots of cheap materials that did not work very well. They were very adamant about cleaning the dishes or they would charge a fee, and only left us half of a sponge to do so. So it was very difficult to keep it clean to their standards, which also made me feel like the dishes weren’t cleaned well before we arrived. The toilet seat was not screwed in all the way and neither was the patio door handle. So that was uncomfortable. BUT The resort was super nice and amazing...
