“Great location. Walking distance to good resturants Parking garage is very tight even for an SUV but the parking lot for larger vehicle is directly across the street. The mattress needs to be replaced. They are worn out. And you do have to check in at the front desk to get a wristband, if you don’t security will ask you to leave until you get one. We had no idea about this. Overall a nice place to stay for the weekend. Pool and lazy river is lackluster compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at....

“The property has a great location with beach access, views and very nice pools! Communication with the host was great! The only negative we had was that it wasn't the cleanest, there were weird brown smears on the living room walls and floors….. the furniture was a bit old/ beat up. Overall not a bad property to stay at! Just know it’s not very updated.”

“Completed online verification failed the 1st time was able to retry and it passed. Then received text from host asking me to send pics of my ID front and back, credit card front and back, take a selfie with the two cards and sign my name on a piece of paper. I did this and it was approved by host, but I got several texts asking me to do that whole process again. Check in was 4 pm. At 4:40 I still had not received the key code to get into the room. I messaged through Expedia, VRBO, text message,...

“I’m glad it was May and not too hot. The room never really got cool. Might need to invest in a real air conditioner. The floor was dirty glad we had flip flops. Easy beach access.”

“The view was amazing, short walk to the beach and the water slides and pools were very nice. The room was good (more of a hotel style but that’s fine with me). Found out 2 of the burners don’t work, it was our last night so it was fine. Communication was amazing and host was wonderful! Definitely would book again ”
