“Completed online verification failed the 1st time was able to retry and it passed. Then received text from host asking me to send pics of my ID front and back, credit card front and back, take a selfie with the two cards and sign my name on a piece of paper. I did this and it was approved by host, but I got several texts asking me to do that whole process again. Check in was 4 pm. At 4:40 I still had not received the key code to get into the room. I messaged through Expedia, VRBO, text message,...

“The property has a great location with beach access, views and very nice pools! Communication with the host was great! The only negative we had was that it wasn't the cleanest, there were weird brown smears on the living room walls and floors….. the furniture was a bit old/ beat up. Overall not a bad property to stay at! Just know it’s not very updated.”

“For the money it’s an ok stay. Host was in contact before stay but not after. I had asked about coffee maker and was told drip but coffee maker missing filter holder. Thermostat in bedroom was low battery that we had to replace after telling host. The air did not work first night of stay. Furniture is worn and torn. There is no Murphy bed as listing states. There are 3 jets out in garden tub. The end. ”

“This was probably the best stay I’ve had in Myrtle Beach in 20 years!! Condo is in a convenient location, is super spacious, very clean & best of all had the most comfortable bed! Screened-in porch was an added bonus for someone like me who loves outdoors but is terrified of birds - it allowed me to actually relax!
