“Location was great; parking was great; the rooms were very clean; patio was amazing. They were super helpful with every request that we had; they had a lot of amenities, even had snacks for us. Couldn't see the view of the beach from the balcony but that's okay. We had multiple members of my family there: my niece, my nephews, my children. Everybody enjoyed it. Everybody is eight and under. I would stay here again in the future if we had another big get together.”

Then received text from host asking me to send pics of my ID front and back, credit card front and back, take a selfie with the two cards and sign my name on a piece of paper. I did this and it was approved by host, but I got several texts asking me to do that whole process again. Check in was 4 pm. At 4:40 I still had not received the key code to get into the room.
