Then received text from host asking me to send pics of my ID front and back, credit card front and back, take a selfie with the two cards and sign my name on a piece of paper. I did this and it was approved by host, but I got several texts asking me to do that whole process again. Check in was 4 pm. At 4:40 I still had not received the key code to get into the room. “Place was great. Host was prompt with contact, made sure we got check in, checked to see if we needed anything else or bedding brought to the room. Small kktchen nice for 2 or 3 ppl. Listing did state a pull out sofa but it was a reg sofa, if you need this I'd verify with host to see if it has been changed out.Room not far from pool which made it good to go back and forthDo note there is no elevator to this room. Youll have to take your cart near your room and carry stuff up a few steps like...

“Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.”

“This was probably the best stay I’ve had in Myrtle Beach in 20 years!! Condo is in a convenient location, is super spacious, very clean & best of all had the most comfortable bed! Screened-in porch was an added bonus for someone like me who loves outdoors but is terrified of birds - it allowed me to actually relax! Speaking of relaxing, the tub in the master bathroom is the perfect size for a nice long bubble bath after a long day. We were there for a volleyball tournament & the condo is less...

“Nice layout and large condo, check-in process easy.But:Compressor on AC was dead, our first 2 days were hot and miserable, so we left an day early due to condo being hot and humidity high. No tv first day until 8:45 pm, they had to bring 2 new remotes. Master bedroom had dusty headboard and a dirty tube sock laying in floor beside bed. Sliding doors to the balcony was almost impossible to open and close. ”
