“Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.”

“The building only has security working there, which we did not expect. We thought this would be like a typical hotel, but it is far from it. Everybody who was a guest there seemed incredibly confused as to where to go or what to do, and there was no pool in the building like we thought. There is also limited parking near the building, but additional parking is located across the street. Despite this, we were pleasantly surprised once we got the code to get into our room. “The host is very responsive. The condo decor is bright & beachy which is a factor when we are considering a beach rental. The walk to the beach is easy & only takes a few minutes. Broadway at the Beach is a short drive away & definitely should be on your list to visit. I should’ve read the fine print closer as there was an additional fee after the condo rental process was completed. The bathtub is very small therefore the curtain clings to you while showering.
