Then received text from host asking me to send pics of my ID front and back, credit card front and back, take a selfie with the two cards and sign my name on a piece of paper. I did this and it was approved by host, but I got several texts asking me to do that whole process again. Check in was 4 pm. At 4:40 I still had not received the key code to get into the room. “Loved our stay at Dunes Village Resort! The indoor waterparks were a huge hit with my grandkids! The room was the perfect size and having a full size fridge was great! Free garage parking across the street. I booked the day before and didn’t get the check in instructions email but as soon as I reached out it was texted to me within minutes! “The property has a great location with beach access, views and very nice pools! Communication with the host was great! The only negative we had was that it wasn't the cleanest, there were weird brown smears on the living room walls and floors….. the furniture was a bit old/ beat up. Overall not a bad property to stay at! Just know it’s not very updated.”
