The Space:

Compass Cove 253 at Big Fish Rentals

Our beachfront condo features a king bed, a Murphy bed, and a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to six guests. It includes a private bathroom and full-sized appliances. Enjoy the stunning morning sunrise from your patio with a direct view of the ocean.



The resort offers an array of amenities, including a large kiddie activity pool area, three lazy rivers, seven hot tubs, two outdoor pools, and one indoor pool, among others. This is a fantastic unit in a remarkable resort!



The Neighborhood:

Experience abundant amenities at this beachfront resort! Enjoy features such as both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a lazy river ride, a spacious pool deck, and social areas. Relax in the oceanfront pools or take a dip in the indoor pool. There's also a children's interactive splash and play area for the little ones.



The resort is conveniently located just steps from the beach and is close to attractions like Family Kingdom Amusement Park. It's only a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Plus, many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping options are just a quick drive away. And best of all, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay!



Getting Around:

Conveniently located near the airport with easy access to taxis, Uber, and rental cars!



Other Things to Note:

Compass Cove Resort is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, in units, and on balconies.



You’ll find an array of amenities at this beachfront resort. Enjoy features such as both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a lazy river ride, a spacious pool deck, social areas, oceanfront pools, indoor pools, and a children’s interactive splash and play area. And best of all, there is FREE WIFI!



Please note: Starting September 1, 2021, guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), waterslide, the laundry facility, the kids’ slide area, and the fitness center. All other water features will still be available.



Important notes:

* Pets are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.

- Pets are only permitted for long-term renters (30 days or more) during November, December, January, and February.



IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Pinnacle building is undergoing renovations on each floor. However, our unit is available for booking and remains in rentable condition.

The property is older but suitable. My biggest issue is the description of the property includes a TV in the master bedroom area for a total of two TV's. This is not the case there is only one TV in the living room area and it did not have a working remote. I am sure this is not an issue for most but we enjoy watching TV when going to bed and this was one of my criteria for choosing a place to stay. In addition when I communicated with the host about the missing TV, I did not get a response.
