Questa locazione è uno spazioso 2 camere da letto, 2 pieno bagni condominio situato al Legends Golf Resort a Myrtle Beach che può ospitare fino a 8 persone. Ci sono due letti queen size nella camera matrimoniale, 2 letti full-size nella camera da letto degli ospiti, così come un ampio soggiorno e un ampio salotto. Di recente abbiamo apportato numerosi aggiornamenti, inclusi nuovi elettrodomestici, nuovi pavimenti in legno, nuovi tappeti, nuove tende, nuovo sistema HVAC, nuovi televisori HD e altro ancora.

Forniamo tutte le lenzuola, asciugamani, stoviglie e posate (la cucina è completamente attrezzata). Gli ospiti avranno libero accesso alle piscine e campi da tennis si trova direttamente di fronte alla strada dalla villa, così come le vasche idromassaggio si trova a pochi passi lungo il marciapiede. C'è un driving range illuminato con pratica putting green e bunker disponibili pure (secchi di palline sono $ 5). Si prega di informarsi sugli sconti sui green fee in uno dei tre campi da campionato della comunità.

La villa dispone di una grande piscina e campi da tennis ben curati a solo pochi passi dalla porta di casa. L'Ailsa Pub offre cibo delizioso e bevande ogni giorno ed è a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla nostra unità. Ci sono vasche idromassaggio situate dietro il Ailsa Bar pure.

Le principali attrazioni di Myrtle Beach (la spiaggia, Broadway at the Beach, le principali aree commerciali, ecc) sono tutti entro un raggio di 10-15 minuti in auto dalla struttura.

Alcune delle nostre destinazioni locali preferiti includono Brookgreen Gardens, Surfside Beach e Rivertown Bistro vicinanze Conway.

Il parcheggio è gratuito in loco e ci sono diversi posti disponibili.

L'aeroporto si trova a soli 5-10 minuti di auto pure.

I taxi sono molto ragionevoli e vi porterà ovunque a Myrtle Beach.

Excellent communication and location

Dan was wonderful communicating with and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend his place especially if you are coming to enjoy all the wonderful golf courses nearby. The pool was right across from the condo and the condo itself has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Can't wait to return!!!

We had a fabulous time at Dan's property. The location was perfect, private and peaceful. The community was beautiful and everyone is so friendly. Dan was a wonderful host and checked in a few times just to make sure everything was going well. The unit was exceptionally clean and offered us all the amenities we needed for our 2 week stay. The unit is right across from the pool which was great. I felt it was very affordable and a very fair price. I'm already looking into when we can return! Thank you Dan for opening your home to us and allowing us the opportunity for a wonderful vacation!

Golf course condo

Comfy beds. Close walk to pool. And close to my mom in Conway are all things we enjoyed. Plus it is short drive to Broadway at the beach. And the mall. Owner checked in several times to make sure everything was ok. If only I played golf the legends golf club looked super nice!

The host, Dan, started checking in with me before I even got there. Very attentive to my questions. The 2 bedroom unit had plenty of space and pictures show as is. Would stay again next time I visit!

Great Stay!

This property is perfect for a Myrtle Beach trip. Located at Legends, so the pro shop/course is only 3 minutes away. 2 dining options without leaving the premises, and the Grumpy Monk nearby without going on the highway. Place was clean, host was excellent at communicating and checked in to make sure everything was going well. All the amenities are there. TV has lots of channels. Parking is right outside and visible from the windows. Golf bag storage immediately inside the front door is a nice feature. Large bedrooms with nice full baths for each. Highly recommend!

Great location and wonderful owners

This two bedroom condo was perfect for my family for a weekend visit to celebrate my mother-in-law‘s 80th birthday. Every room in the condo was clean. The decor was up-to-date and the beds were very comfortable. Location was great being right across the street from the Tanger Outlets and within the property of the Legends Golf Course. I can’t say enough about the hospitality provided by the owners, Dan and his wife. After our departure as we were driving home, we realized we left a small monitor that my son used to play his Xbox. I contacted Dan and asked if he could ship the monitor to us. Dan did not hesitate and offered to ship it (of course I reimbursed him for the shipping charges). He also checked in on us during our to make sure everything was going well. We had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

The condo was amazing. It was clean, well stocked and in a great golfing area. Pool was right across the street and it was very easy to access the property. In other words you'll definitely enjoy staying there. The owner Dan was very nice through the whole process also.

Comfortable and inviting

Very comfortable space with all the amenities and feel of home! The grounds and facilities were impeccable and beautifully kept! Everyone we encountered there was extremely friendly and helpful! Dan, the owner of our unit, could not have been nicer...before, during and after our stay. If I had a question or concern, he was never more than a quick text away! His response time to his patrons shows his commitment to customer service and integrity! I have never experienced an easier,more seamless check in/ check out procedure...easy, peasy! I would highly recommend staying here!!

Ladies’ Golf Trip

This unit is a great place for 4 golfers. There are 2 beds in each room. Condo was very clean and was within walking distance of the Ailsa Pub. Dan checked in with us several times.
