Great Baseball Getaway

My family stayed for 9 days and had a great time. Located in a great area to get to things, total beach vibe! James was a great communicator and always available if we needed anything. My only issue was it not feeling safe outside at night around the property, with the kids, a lot suspicious activity, but maybe it was the time of the season we were there. Would totally rent and return next year!!

Fantabulous Time

This property was absolutely amazing. Beds were comfortable, veranda’s were an added touch. Location was perfect. Easy check in and James the host was readily available if a need was to come up. Everyone, even the teens and their friends had an enjoyable time. The beach was literally a parking lot away from the house. I recommend this house or his other properties. I will certainly be returning.

Clean and modern style

We recently stayed at a wonderful condo unit in Myrtle Beach, and our experience was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the property was. The attention to detail and care taken to ensure the unit was spotless made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of this rental was its close proximity to the beach—just a short one-block walk away. This made it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy the beach without any hassle. James, the property owner, was exceptionally helpful and easy to work with. He was always available to answer any questions and made the rental process smooth and stress-free. His hospitality truly enhanced our stay. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Myrtle Beach. More than we expected

This property is refreshing, clean, convenient, peaceful, comfortable, homey, and plenty of space. The photos for this property are great, but you will need to be there to take full effect. Kudos to James Hinkle the host for making our family feel welcome. The welcome letter is very detailed. James' communication before and during our trip was excellent. Loved the key code. We will rent this property again. Constructive feedback, one evening we cooked out. The next time we wanted to cook out the grill was put away and locked up in the outdoor showers. We thought this was unfair as we were told grills, umbrellas, and chairs were part of the common area to all use. Suggestion, each unit should have its own grill, umbrella, and chairs. Again, we will stay at this property again. Stephanie

Great Place to Stay

We had a phenomenal stay and the house was perfect for a family vacation. It’s a great size and there’s lots of great amenities for a beach house. The only issue we had was check in. Our check in time was 3:00 and we didn’t get to check in until 5:00 due to cleaners. We had to sit outside with our luggage and never got a firm communication on when they would be finished.

Great Place!

Easy check-in, very clean, nice upgrades, dog friendly. It’s on the first floor, so easy in and out. Super location in Myrtle Beach. Already planning on staying again.

The house is just lovely. It's modern and nicely decorated. The owner (?) made sure to email all the details/passwords etc. early, making access and entry easy. He made sure to communicate and continued to be readily available in case he was needed. We had a great time and love the place. Would definitely stay there again!

Our Stay

The condo itself is beautiful. Everything is brand new and super clean. But the condo is directly behind a horrible hotel. My brother in law found a used heroine needle in the parking lot. There were people at the hotel sitting outside smoking cigarettes and marijuana day and night and it was rather uncomfortable with my young children. This isn’t the fault of the property, but we would not stay in that area again as we did not feel safe.

Family Getaway

The property was great and was perfect for our needs. We had two teenagers and two couples. Everyone had their own space and the open concept kitchen and living area was perfect when we all got together. Our dog Benji after one day caught onto the steps!

This is our 2nd year staying at this property. We are very pleased with the location for our needs but as last year the house I feel could have been cleaner. When walking around bare footed our feet would get so black. Also, all the tubs were VERY slow to drain and one of the sinks in the master bath didnt drain very well either. That didnt deter our overall opnion as we have already decided we will stay there next year if there is a unit available.

Fun Family beach stay

This excellent property was well maintained and exactly as described and photographed. This was a perfect set up and size for us (4 college/HS kids and 2 parents). The owner was very responsive and professional and we enjoyed the beach access right across the street. The only downside of this property is that it overlooks two pretty sketchy hotels. There were questionable dealings going on in the parking lots of these properties, but those patrons kept to themselves and at no time did we feel unsafe. Overall, a great experience.

Fantastic vacation home!

The week we spent in this home was amazing! We sold our own Myrtle Beach condo about 6 months ago and then decided to take a beach vacation. As soon as I saw this home online I was in love! When we got there and realized it was even better than we thought it was, we were thrilled! The home, the amenities (hello, an outdoor shower!?!) and the location made our stay perfect! This property is fully furnished right down to beach towels and has enough room for your whole family. James, the owner reached out as soon as we booked and kept in touch with us. He gave us great directions, an overview of the property and included a helpful list of restaurants and activities nearby. I would definitely rent this home again!
