**There is currently an ocean outfall being constructed nearby. At this time there be may increased noise and portions of the beach may be closed. You will still be able to access the beach. This project should be complete by the end of February.**

Location Location Location! This place is right near most all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. You can breathe easy because we have just installed a UV-C Sanitizer into the HVAC system. Located on the Fourth floor, it offers stunning vistas over the Atlantic Ocean. This condo features flat screen televisions, wireless internet, central heat and A/C, and tile flooring throughout the unit. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and of course a coffee maker. The building features a heated indoor pool that you can enjoy year round, a hot tub, an outdoor pool, and it is right on the ocean so you can soak up the salt and the sand!

With all of the nearby attractions you may only stop in to recharge your batteries. This condo is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, and is close to everything. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. A 20 minute walk can get you to the Boardwalk, where you can find arcades, gift shops, amusements, bars, and restaurants. A 30 minute walk can take you to Broadway at the Beach, the areas largest shopping,dining, and amusement district. You are sure to find something there for the whole family!

CLEANING & LINEN SERVICE POLICY: The unit is provided with pillows, linens, blankets, towels, kitchen towels, comforters, hand towels & wash cloths including extras located in closets. A cleaning service to clean the house and linens on your departure is included on your invoice. It is your responsibility for all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in plastic bags and transferred to the trash compactor in the back of the parking garage, and soiled dishes and cooking utensils are washed and cleaned. Linens, blankets, pillows, bedspreads, comforters and towels are provided. It is standard for beds to be made for Guests arrival (except pull out couches not fully made) as part of the linen and cleaning service. The unit is provided with a starter set of toilet paper & paper towels. Managers do not guarantee that these extra items will always be available and guests may need to replenish their own paper goods, toiletries, & dish detergent, etc.

CONDITION OF PROPERTY: Managers have, to the best of their ability, given an accurate description of the property and it’s condition. Guest understands that it is considered as reserved "sight unseen". Our cleaning staff will have cleaned it before your occupancy. All electrical, plumbing and appliances should be in working order. The failures of operation of certain extra amenities, such as TVs, cable, or the Internet and WiFi service are not a basis for any refund. Manager will make every effort to have these items repaired but does not guarantee that they will be repaired during Guests occupancy. When you arrive, if you find that the house has not been cleaned to normal standards please notify the Manager immediately. We will do our best to have tradesmen attend to any issues. The Guest agrees to hold the Manager harmless from any liability for the condition of the house. Due to the nature of beach properties, the sand, stairs, decks and concrete are not always stable. Use at your own risk.

CLEANING & REPAIRS: All units have cleaning included in the total rent. Please note that cleaning does not include dishes & cooking utensils. If additional cleaning is required after you leave, it will be charged to your credit card. Guest agrees to keep house, furniture and furnishings in good order. Removing, adding or changing furniture without Manager’s written approval shall be deemed a material breach of this Rental Agreement, and is strictly prohibited. Guest is responsible for cost of replacement of any damage to furniture or premises and replacement of missing items. Under no circumstances can any furnishing or linen be taken outside onto the beach.

ENTRY OF PREMISES: With Guest’s permission, which is hereby given, Manager or Manager’s representative may enter the premises during reasonable daylight hours without securing prior permission from Guest, but shall give Guest notice of such entry immediately prior if possible and immediately thereafter. For inventory and maintenance purposes a property management employee of the Manager may need to enter the premises. The same permission procedure applies as above. In any emergency, Manager or Manager’s servicing agents may enter the premises at any time without permission of Guest for the purposes of making repairs to alleviate such emergency.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: No lifeguard may be on duty. Accordingly, persons using the beach or pool do so at their own risk and the Manager assumes no responsibility for accident or injury. No one should swim alone. Renters will hold the Managers harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of Renters` negligent acts or omissions.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children we allow on the property. These risks are not limited to, but include access to the balcony, ocean, pool, adjacent street, and cleaning supplies in the house.

FURNITURE: All furniture must be returned to its original location on Guest`s departure or an additional charge will be made. MISSING ITEMS - Renters will be charged for any missing items reasonably attributable to Renters and not returned after notification. The cleaning service performs an inventory/survey of the property after Guests depart and notifies the Manager of any missing items. Manager will notify guests in the event that items were inadvertently taken, and provide guests the opportunity to return the missing items.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house.

PERSONAL PROPERTY: Guest understands that any personal property of and used by Guest is not insured by Manager and Manager shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or missing property of the Guest or property of Guest left after check out NO

PARTIES - This is not a party house. The Renter must be 25 years of age to book this Vacation Rental. Any special occasions such as weddings, receptions, family reunions or increase of occupants (guests not registered on registration form) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to Manager`s advanced approval. Prom parties, fraternity or sorority parties and graduation parties are not allowed at any time. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests, no exception.

NON-SMOKING - This is a NON SMOKING vacation rental.This INCLUDES THE BALCONY. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette or cigar smoke inside the unit by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke cleanup and removal from carpeting, AC ducts & filters and furniture. This type of clean up is expensive and Renter is Liable for the deep cleaning Costs incurred. NO EXCEPTIONS

PETS NOT ALLOWED. If you bring a pet(s), this rental agreement will be forfeited, terminated and deposits will be retained and a deep cleaning fee will apply.

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT - Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. A late checkout is subject to extra rental charges at the rate of $100/hour after a grace period of 30 minutes. Guests may arrange for extra nights in advance to avoid any late checkout fees. Extra nights are charged at the daily rate and may be granted if available. If Guests are not present when cleaning crews arrive and have left their possessions in the house, cleaning crews will collect their possessions and remove them from the premises in order to prepare the unit for incoming guests and Guest will be charged $150 for this service. PLEASE checkout promptly, the cleaning crews have a very short time window to prepare the unit for new guests.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES - Renters are responsible for collecting their belongings and taking trash to the large trash cans near the elevator upon check-out. Please ensure that the door is locked when you leave.

HOLDING OVER: Because of the nature of Manager`s business (short term recreational rentals) Guest understands, and is hereby put on notice that any unauthorized "holding over" of the property past the stated rental period could severely jeopardize Managers business and cause loss of rental income from other previously booked guests, temporary and/or permanent loss of business, goodwill and reputation and, among other things, could force Manager to breach an agreement with similar short term summer and winter recreational Guest(s) who may have reservations during Guest`s unauthorized "holding over" period. In the event, Manager may be legally liable in damages to said other guests. Guests should be aware that unauthorized "holding over" has been construed as a factor in establishing "malicious continuing occupation" of rental property, which may entitle Manager to treble damages in any unlawful detained action. Guest also recognizes the unauthorized "holding over" could be grounds in court as a cause of action for intentionally interfering with Manager’s prospective business advantage. In addition, we will charge $150.00 an hour past 10:30 a.m. on day of check out.

Meridian on the Beach

This place was situated less than a mile from all the hubbub - was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed walking the beach and swimming both inside and out in the pools. Beautiful lawn area as well. Brad was easily available for any questions.

Getaway but ready to hurry home

We were excited about a long weekend getaway but cut it short because the mattress was horrible. I could feel the springs poking in my back. Has to be the worst mattress I have ever slept on.

Lovely but needed a better bed

Honestly would have been a 5 star if the condo would have had a better mattress, it had a box spring that had springs coming out out of it. Had to spend $170 on an air mattress.Other than that it was perfect!

Good lovation-needs some TLC

The condo needs some TLC. A new bed would be great as it was very uncomfortable. A fresh coat of paint, new pictures and new furniture is needed. The pools and grounds were a great amenity. Fresh colorful paint would make a huge difference. Air grates were old and rusty. A facelift would make a huge difference!

Nothing short of Amazing!

What can I say? This was an Amazing place to stay. The host went above and beyond. We had one huge problem that wasn't the host fault, he not only fixed the problem quickly. But he personally showed up to make sure it got fixed. Amazing view and Amazing host! I will definitely be back, but only if I can use this host! We even left boogieboards for future guests just as a thank you to our wonderful host!

Disappointed start to finish

Unit is right off the elevator and you can hear street noise as well as people talking on and off the elevator. Bed is right inside the front door not a safe feeling. Bed is terrible when you get on the bed you sink down into the springs. Bathroom walls neat the ceiling had stains or bad paint job. We left after 1 night. Nice view of beach.

Great Chill Out Spot

I booked the unit for a one week work–cation. The unit was comfortable and well appointed, with an ocean balcony and views that did not disappoint. The building is a smaller condominium, which is great because there was no foot traffic outside the unit’s door nor around the property. It was very easy to access the pools and beach. As a bonus, the location was perfect because it’s close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The host was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this host and unit, and look forward to coming back in the future.

Decent Place / Has Potential

Location and Unit fine. But, Needs general maintenance and upgrades. Bedroom ceiling peeling is not acceptable anywhere. Dishwasher broken. Cleaning service is a rip off. Someone is not doing what they are paid to do. Floors were filthy. From first day you couldn't go barefoot in unit. Had to wash black off feet everyday. Dresser wasn't cleaned. Sand and odor in each drawer. Had to clean, line with garbage bags and put dryer sheets in. Like the place, but sorry, had to be honest.

Worth the money for the location

The place was clean and had everything we needed. We felt safe and the view and location was perfect! The apartment could use some updating. I loved the quick access to the beach. The parking was great. Michael at the little shop was very kind and helpful.

Great Summer 2023

Came for my annual summer trip with my daughter, and what a great time we have. The host was beyond accommodating and answered every question we had while there, hooked us up with discount codes for local events such as water parks and boat cruises. I had a few questions throughout the stay and was more than happy and patient to answer, timely as well. Spectacular condo and view, with easy access to the beach and two hot tubs and pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The people that we met were fun and quite social. This made for a great trip. Clean and walking dishes to every major venue on the beach, plan on coming again. If I’m Myrtle I definitely recommend this place. Again thank you for such a wonderful time and memories that will last forever.

the location and view were great you cant beat it a direct ocean view and pool view. Close to everything. The place could use some updates like the bed, furniture ceiling paint chipping away. There were also some bad smells like a sewer on my second and 3rd night. Sheets, linens clean

My husband and I spent 4 nights here. The view was spectacular. Brad went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. It was perfect for us.

Needs updating bad

This property need redoing very bad. We walk in and the first thing we notice is the paint chipping off the ceiling. Vents in the bathroom are in rough shape as well. The bed is awful, springs are wore out so when you lay down you go all the way to the frame. The couch isn’t comfortable at all, but it is a fold out couch and most of those aren’t the most comfortable anyway. The one thing this property did have was a nice view of the beach. Just wish the builders had put walls between the balconies for privacy. Overall we were not very happy with the room. We paid for a 4 night stay and left after 2 nights and went to Charleston because we were so uncomfortable there and didn’t really care for Myrtle beach either. For the kinda money we spent we could have gotten a room at the beach I normally go to and gotten a 10x nicer room. It was my wife and I’s 1 year anniversary trip so we thought we’d go somewhere new. Shouldn’t have but you live and learn

Great stay

The property is exactly as pictured! Bradley was a great host and would recc anyone book with him. The room was very clean, it had everything we needed. Restaurants are within walking distance, the store in the hotel had many of the things we would’ve had to drive somewhere else to get. Overall great booking. I would def rent from Bradley again!!!
