The house is very comfortable, but the area is very unsafe. One night, our beach cart—with chairs and other items—was stolen, and another day, during the daytime, our clothes and towels were stolen.We reported it, and they told us that the security cameras showed when we were looking for the items, but not who stole them.So our stay was a little unsettling, knowing that something else might happen.

Perfect family getaway

My stay was perfect and we enjoyed how convenient the location was. The size of the pool was great for any size family. I also ran into the pool cleaner and was super surprised how management take care this property. I will be booking this place again.

Great place to stay

Unit A worked out well for our group. Perfect for 8 families with lots of space to gather to eat and play games in the main area. Owners and office staff were very responsive to all of our groups needs. Check in and checkout process was simple, unit was easy to find and very close to the beach, stores and food. Great options for a large group on a budget.

The place was very accommodating for the group size. My only complaint is the lack of cleanliness of the place. It looks clean on the surface. I think a mop and bucket would be a great idea so guest could actually mop the the floor as it is filthy. Not just a little dirty but disgustingly dirty. The cleaning service is failing the owner. Their was what appeared to be blood one of the rooms. That room was able to not be used. The water pressure was the major complaint amongst this group but it wasn't a big problem. The 2 refrigerators was a plus. The washing machine leaks a little with small loads, the gasket might need replacing. Overall it was a wonderful experience. The pool was cleaned every day. Only true recommendation is to leave a real mop and bucket available as the floors could use it. The swifter is not enough.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations were nice, and met the needs we had of private bathrooms for each bedroom. However, for people who are not from the area, it would be beneficial to see a ranking on the location. Brittany was extremely helpful during the booking process as well as the time before, during and after our stay.

Check in was confusing. Icemaker in one of the fridges was broken. Maintenance came, supposedly fixed it, but it never worked. Toaster always blew a fuse. Couch was covered with dirt spots. Front door needs a major cleaning or paint job. No outdoor sitting area. Outdoor area not well maintainedit

Amazing Place for a large family Reunion

We really enjoyed our stay at Myrtle Beach. The place was nice and clean. Having two fridges in the kitchen along with the long table made meal times and playing games easy peasy. The beach was just a few blocks away and we easily walked to it every day during our stay. All the kids loved the pool. Would absolutely stay with a large group again.

Great for groups

This property was in a great location and very close to the beach (2 min walk). We play a lot of softball at Grand Park and to have a place within 10 min that accommodates 20 players and wives is great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was big enough for 29 people in two different units. It was clean, my only complaint was that the pool was not maintenanced over the weekend. Leaving 2 days for the pool to be dirty. Also, maintenance never showed up to check the refrigerator that actually took like 4 days to start cooling. However for the most part the stay was very pleasant. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Property review

The property was clean and had plenty of parking during the off season. It was good that it had so many rooms, beds, and bathrooms, but some of the beds were actually rollaways with little support. The dining area and kitchen were just as advertised. Several of the outlets in the kitchen did not work, and the disposal was loud, as if something might have been left inside. Please repair exterior light in the pool area which flashed all day and night long--your next renters will appreciate it!
