Questa casa confortevole ha tutto il necessario per goderti il soggiorno. La cucina è completamente attrezzata ed è pronta per la cottura. Se non hai voglia di cucinare, facci sapere se desideri mangiare qualcosa o ci sono molti ristoranti in fondo alla strada.
    Ci sono 2 letti queen size nella master suite che si trova al piano principale della casa. Al piano superiore ci sono altre 3 camere da letto. C'è un letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera da letto, 1 letto matrimoniale nella terza camera e 2 gemelli nella camera da letto 4. Tutte le camere hanno il proprio bagno privato. C'è anche un mezzo bagno al livello principale. C'è una grande TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e tutte le camere hanno anche schermi piatti.

    Il soggiorno è molto spazioso e confortevole con molti posti a sedere. Il tavolo della sala da pranzo è grande e perfetto per i pasti in famiglia. La casa è luminosa e ha un sacco di finestre per godersi il paesaggio e si può anche vedere l'oceano! I soffitti della cattedrale fanno sembrare ancora più grande di quello che è e ci sono ventilatori a soffitto in tutto. Amerai questa proprietà! C'è anche un wet bar nel soggiorno per drink e cocktail extra. Noleggia un golf cart per raggiungere la spiaggia e ritorno se vuoi. Porta le tue sedie da spiaggia e rilassati!

    Questa bella casa è perfetta per grandi gruppi, riunioni di famiglia o fughe del fine settimana. Si trova proprio in fondo alla strada da Landing Barefoot che ha molti negozi, ristoranti e attrazioni. Scopri The House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure e molto altro ancora. Fai una domanda su noleggio di golf cart, biglietti scontati e altre attrazioni.

The only issue were the floors were not clean and the water pressure in the showers were bad. The mattress in the master bedroom downstairs needs to be replaced. Overall, the house was very nice and the location was great. Our family had a great time. I would stay there again.

Property was good overall. Some things to consider when renting are the following. The beds are pretty squeaky. The master bathroom shower pressure needs a lot of help and the master bedroom a/c doesn’t work good. Also I don’t think I’ve stayed at a rental where I had to replenish the toiletries. Other than that good house GREAT location!

We came to Myrtle Beach for our daughter’s college softball games. We had an excellent stay at Shore Beats Work! It was not far to the softball fields and was close to a plethora of restaurants and shops. The house was clean and well maintained, on a quiet street, and was a short walk away from the beach. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful Family Summer Trip

House is very well kept and the perfect size for a larger group. The nine of us stayed very comfortably. The location is wonderful, only a short walk to the beach and Barefoot Landing.

Family trip

Very happy overall, close to the beach, the number of bathrooms made it easy for everyone to cleanup at the same time. Close to restaurants and entertainment! The only slight drawback was the water pressure in the showers, a little low pressure but enough to shower.

Satisfactory house for men and golf

Broken appliances

Everything was great but .. the dishwasher was not working all week nor the garbage disposal. Didn’t expect to wash dishes by hand on my vacation. Tropical Storm Debbie put a real damper on our week.

Great Location, Great Property

The house was amazing with a great location relative to the beach and to attractions nearby. Some maintenance issues present. Didn't appear to be swept or mopped before checking in. Trash can outside was full. Wifi went out on the final two days of staying. Property management company was responsive though. Would most likely rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was absolutely gorgeous! My family was happy and comfortable all week. There is a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is great and everyone is so friendly! Youre only min away from shops,restaurants,the grocery store, and activities.Our only recommendations for the owner is to have the cleaning crew vacuum the house and mop floors before the next guests. It wasn't clean and the ceiling fans were dirty as well. Some of the steps outside on the front porch need new boards for safety reasons and there are wires hanging out of the house that should be covered up. The bed in one of the rooms needs replaced.There are too many light switches that do nothing.I think labeling them would be helpful. The water does not get hot in some of the bathrooms and the outdoor shower did not work. Oh and the air in the master bedroom doesn't work, so that room gets hot by morning if your door is closed. All in all my family had a great stay and were very happy. The sheets were fresh and there were plenty of fresh towels provided which we loved! The jacuzzi tub was great as well! We will be back next year for sure in hopes the house is cleaner and maintenance items have been resolved!

Much better than sardine-like condo for family, would definitely consider staying again.Negative: Mattresses quite hard (typical), MBR king slopes to north. 8 carport lites, none function; only a couple lites near stairs work. MBR AC inoperative 1st day, fine thereafter. Be aware that base price gets larded up almost $900 with admin fee, cleaning fee, linen fee, damage protection fee, MB & NMB fees, & taxes. Left side parking VERY tight - don't try to park a van! Rearview mirror glass on right side of parking indicates previous tenant learned the hard way about tight parking! Communication: Don't expect Vacation Rentals of NMB to reply to emails, but they did send the needed (missing) pillows & apparently looked at AC issue - all without communication. Documents said check-in at 3pm, but was emphatically told later by Vacay Rentals of NMB that check-in at 4pm - obviously unclear, but we entered house at 3pm without issue.Golf Cart: Recommend NMB Golf Cart Rental (Michael 843.390.3900) to get to & from beach, since it's a few blocks away; but it's $4/hr to park cart at the beach. Then again, it appears no one enforces golf cart parking permits at 46th & S Ocean Blvd. Beach: No public bathrooms at beach parking locations (though parking costs $4/hr), so having a golf cart or bicycle is very handy.

Great place to stay, just needs some quality of life improvements.

The location of the house is great, there are plenty of things around to do as well as places to eat, and its walking distance to the beach. Our only complaint was that there were a lot of little things that could've been fixed and cleaned prior to our arrival. Trash was not sent out to be picked by trash pickup, the furniture was not cleaned up under or in between cushions, the beds were not very comfortable, and we had a problem with the in-counter stove top unit. Minor problems aside, the house is definitely worth staying for vacations, the cleaning service just needs to be more on it about checking all nooks and cranny inside and outside the house. We're are considering staying again in this house for next year since we come to myrtle beach every year.

Perfect for a large family

We came down and stayed 6 days. Our daughter played softball at the beach and we decided to bring some friends and make a vacation of it. We had a party of 10, and there was plenty of room. It was very clean, great location, close to the main drag, and just a few mins from the beach. The only issues we had were very minimal- water pressure was very weak, air balance in the rooms (some were freezing cold while others were stifling hot) Other than that- it was an amazing stay!
