I believe the property is in a good location. you can turn left and be within a crowd of people. you can turn right and be on an uncrowded beach. The two dislikes I had were: it was difficult to open the door. you had to memorize a 10- digit code. The TV programing was hard to navigate.

Only downside was the renovations that I was not aware of. One of the elevators was down for a short time. I did not get to use the jacuzzi. Way too many children that had complete reign over the jacuzzi. Otherwise the stay was great.

This condo is beautiful and the location is ideal. We’ve stayed several places and this was by far the nicest condo yet! Jay communicates well if you have any questions and was very timely with his responses. Thank you for sharing your condo, we look forward to future stays!

Great stay in Jay's place. The condo was just as pictured..was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The resort has a bar and restaurant which was nice. Bed was comfy. I would suggest bringing a power strip (no fault of Jay's) as the condo has very few outlets. We'd absolutely stay there again!

Our stay in Jay’s condo was great! It was the perfect spot for my husband and I for our anniversary. Loved the colorful fireplace and the vibrant colors in the room! The bed was so comfy! Staff at the breakfast buffet were very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience!

We had no issues with the stay itself. The few things that we did encounter though, which was very minor Jay was quick to respond and had it taken care of. Beautiful view. Great amenities. Perfect location. Unfortunately we came during hurricane Debby so things were closed the entire time. Hopefully the next time we come to visit we will have better luck and be able to enjoy everything this place has to offer.

This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach and we had the best time. This was the perfect location in Myrtle Beach for us. It was amazing to be right on the water and be able to walk out to the beach everyday after spending our mornings exploring the locations nearby. The room is just as pictured and was perfect for our family of 4.

Loved the location of the room and proximity to places to go. Views of ocean were great and amenities were fine. Cleanliness of the room was fine, although I would've liked to see it cleaner (bathroom was not super clean, sand on floors and bed sheets). There was a nearby room (or rooms) that was quite loud during the evening hours and sitting on balcony led to unpleasant smells (i.e. weed). That may have more-so been a factor of the timing of our visit over anything else.

This place was so cute and we had a wonderful stay! How awesome is it when a listing is accurate and the place is actually what you expect when you get there?! This place was it. Cozy and quiet and the cool fireplace was just an extra nice touch! The resort it’s in is pretty cool too. Great location. This spot is definitely great for couples!

We enjoyed being in a more quiet area, although our timing might have been before busy season. The beach was nice and clean and so close to the building. The only complaint - the mattress could be replaced.

Mattress was terrible. Major sags on both sides and hump in the middle. Back ache every morning with little sleep. Gross caulk in the bathroom. Exhaust vent never been cleaned

This condo impressed me from the minute I walked in the door. Extremely clean, comfortable and cozy. I reported a few small problems (toaster didn't work and problem with TV remote, etc.) over the 2 weeks I was there and Sabrina (the first person to call with issues) was so nice I could have called her just to talk. She was on top of getting things done quick and right! The owner was very receptive and concerned that I have my issues addressed THAT day (or evening) if I felt they needed immediate attention. His maintenance man was awesome. He did a great job fixing the little problems and genuinely cared about keeping everything in good working order. I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat!

We had the privilege of staying in this lovely unit for just one night. Any questions that we had were answered very quickly and thoroughly. The unit was beautifully decorated and was supplied with everything that we needed. We loved the high backed table and chairs on the balcony so that we could see the beach and the ocean over the railing instead of having to peek through the rails. We didn’t use the fireplace, but it was very pretty. Huge TV with Roku. The towels were fluffy and not dingey at all. The room was ready before the promised time. The resort itself was very nice. The pools and hot tubs were very clean and we saw a hotel employee using chemicals to test the water. Over the period of two days and one night, we saw only one (dead) roach out by the pool area. No bugs were seen in our room which is very important to me because roaches creep me out. We’ve stayed at many hotels in Myrtle Beach and always see roaches and water bugs because they are so common to this area so it says a lot for the maintenance of the resort that the bug problem is well-controlled. Highly recommend this resort and this unit.
