BEST views of the ocean and the HEART of Myrtle Beach from this 20th Floor Condo


This comfortable condo is on the 20th floor with ocean front balcony.
Enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the ceiling to floor windows in the living room or step outside to the large covered balcony. outdoor pool, kiddie pool, lazy river, fitness center, hot tub and direct beach access. Just a short walk to shopping and dining. Covered parking deck, free parking.
Condo is on the 20th floor
We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. Both resort gate and condo are controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message. Resort is accessible 24/7 So don't worry if you are running late.

Free Parking deck address is: 2503 Withers Dr. Note the parking deck has a different access code with the resort building gate.

Please note there is an ongoing water outfall project near 24th Avenue North, which may result in some construction noise during standard working hours. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to improve.


We would like to inform you that the Lazy River at Carolinian Resort will be temporarily closed for replastering and water flow repairs from April 12th through April 24th

Janet was very much in communication with us. She gave us check-in instructions three days before our arrival that were clear. She told us to let her know if we had any issues checking in the day of our arrival. Janet asked how the check-in went soon after the studio became available and asked how our first night went the next morning.When we had a question regarding the lights in two of the rooms, she answered clearly and immediately to resolve the issue.The parking was convenient with a short walk to the hotel.The room was on the 20th floor with a great view down to the ocean.Highly recommended.

First, I wanna start with saying the host was incredible. Reached out several times to make sure everything was going well. The view is absolutely incredible and the condo had everything you need if you wanna whip up something quick in the in the kitchen, let’s get a wonderful deep garden tub to lay back and relax as well. We enjoyed our trip very much. We’re definitely come back here.

This property was accurately represented in the description and pictures. The space was very comfortable and cozy, and Janet's responsiveness to questions was impressive. She also kindly checked in on us during our stay. The view from the penthouse was stunning. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient and contactless. Given the experience, I’m definitely planning to stay here again!!!

This vacation spot was a winter traveler’s dream! My partner and I stayed 4 nights during the off season in January. We have never stayed directly on the ocean and we were hopeful for a nice get away! This 20th floor condo offers miles of coastline views. The condo has everything we needed, was clean annd well cared for and the host was a great communicator. I would easily go back again!

We stayed for over two weeks and truly enjoyed our stay. The view is ABSOLUTELY beautiful. I spent hours sitting on the balcony reading and just enjoying the weather. Janet the host was very quick to respond any time i had a question. Very close to all kinds of shopping and activities. I loved it!

The place was so clean even the elevator smelled clean! Every conveniently was there. Very nicely decorated and all you needed was in.the kitchen! I lost my check in info and had to contact owner who very promptly got back to me without any seemingly imposition! Great stsy!

The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing. Janet our host was easy to communicate with, the staff was very friendly. We loved our bed each night, was the most comfortable bed we have ever had! The condo was very clean and updated which made our stay very enjoyable. We have two separate incidents. Our check in time was 4 p.m we did not arrive till 7 p.m. During our arrival housekeeping was in process our room to clean while we trying to get in. Which should have been completed before check in time of 4 p.m. unacceptable. Then on the day before we left we got interrupted around 6 p.m before going out to dinner by housekeeping again. Housekeeping had a code and tried to enter our room while we were in the room. Luckily we had the safety door latch in place to stop the door from completely opening. I stopped the housekeeping who continued to argue with me that they were coming in to clean the sofa while we we were in the room! This is a security and privacy issue. The property management was dismissive of the issue. We were uncomfortable of staying out last night because the ability for housekeeping to enter the room! This was the worse beach experience to date after 30 plus years coming to Myrtle Beach! Tried to find a communication platform to owner which is not available only to the lousy property management who will most likely cover up this act of gross neglence.

View was the best part of this condo. Relatively clean and comfortable. Unit in dire need of refresh/paint that is not so dreary. Balcony chairs not as pictured. Parking a block away was inconvenient. Host was helpful and promptly solved any issues.
