    DETTAGLI: ottima posizione! A pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Tipica casa sulla spiaggia ... non lussuosa, fatta apposta per godersi la bellezza della spiaggia di Debordieu. Questa casa si trova nella comunità di Ocean Park, che vanta il proprio accesso alla spiaggia privata a cui è possibile accedere tramite una passerella in una posizione comoda. Goditi la brezza della spiaggia su una delle 3 verande o terrazze schermate. Che tu sia un appassionato di spiaggia o un professionista di golf, questa casa è il posto giusto dove trascorrere le tue vacanze. Non è prevista la griglia esterna e non è consentita la grigliatura esterna. C'è un accessorio per griglia Jenn-Aire con la stufa. Non fumare / Animali domestici non ammessi. Questa casa affitta da venerdì a venerdì in estate. Si affitta in qualsiasi momento in bassa stagione.

House has so much potential. Love all the space! Kitchen is well equipped. But the rugs on the main floor in dining and living room are filthy and the mattresses are horrible. We all had back aches by the end of the week! I would definitely stay there again IF they cleaned the rugs (or got new ones) and replaced the mattresses. Bedding could use updating and fresh coat of paint would make a huge difference!

Lots of bugs, roaches, one guest complained of what he thought was a spider bite after the first night. The wooden chairs on the deck were unsafe, parts of the exterior main entrance had rotten, detached hand rails, very unsafe. Several of the bathrooms had clogged or partially clogged sinks and towel bars that would not stay attached. Multiple lights were out including the post lamp at the entrance, had to use phone lights to be able to see steps at night, very unsafe. I'm concerned mainly about the safety and liability as well as damage to the Peace Vacations brand. Hope this helps.

Great place for a large group

AC was fantastic. Plenty of space. Kitchen supplies were plentiful. My only suggestion would be a larger dining table. We had to move a smaller round table from the Great room to accommodate our group for dinner. Thanks for everything. We even booked the house for next year's rental.

This is the perfect “family” house, but it desperately needs an elevator. The steps are steep and uneven in places. Also, the some of the spindles on the porch need to be replaced. The floor plan is well done and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is lovely. It was a wonderful week.

We have enjoyed this house, even though we all wish it had an elevator. However this year there were problems with WI-FI access, a dishwasher with no wheels on the bottom tray, and spindles on the porches needing replacement. Help was sent rather quickly, but repairs weren't completed before we left.

Beach house rental experience

When we arrived the house had not been cleaned and it was in disgusting condition. I personally went to the rental office to report the unacceptable condition which they were unaware of. They sent a cleaning crew who did a good job, but I was disappointed with the condition of the house when we arrived It would be a good gesture to receive a10% discount due to this careless situation that should not have occurred.

The property was pretty nice -- I'd just have a couple observations: 1) For a property designed to handle 10 or more people - One TV in the entire house makes no sense. 2) There was too little in outdoor seating -- mainly chairs -- but tables as well. For such nice multiple outdoor seating areas -- the supply of chairs and tables was way too little. Thanks Mark Stanley

Big house

This is a very spacious home a bit outdated! Lovely porches. We had rented it for a week but we were only able to stay 3 nights in it DUE To the Fleas in the house which was disgusting! So Beach week was ruined! Peace Rentals was very accommodating to us after that We definitely will rent from them again just not this house. We did receive some Money back. Sorta hard to believe the home owner didn't refund all our money seeing Vacation was ruined!!!

Issues

We had several issues with the dishwasher not working. We had someone try to fix it twice but it forced us to do a lot of manual dishwashing for a group of 12. Also smoke detector battery alert beeping kept us up all night because we couldn't reach it to change the battery. Carpets are extremely stained and need to either be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. We also had a Temporary Membership issue which prevented us from using DeBordieu's amenities for 3-days.

Spacious and Serene

Having the good fortune to stay in this house multiple times, we loved the fact that nothing had changed. Seriously. Nothing. Since the year 2000. Pictures are accurate. Fantastic kitchen with everything you need for gourmet meals. Most kitchen appliances are new. Spacious family room and dining area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. We wished for more seating on the porches and decks. A tv screen / monitor in the great room would have been nice to watch movies on. The wear and tear is starting to show a bit, but overall a great place! See ya next time Sunny Dunes!

My family enjoyed our time together at Sunny Dunes. House location was great, but there were several disappointments inside. It was disappointing to find NO TV in the great room!!! There was only a small tv in the small room off the great room. That was very surprising given this is a 6 bedroom house which shows 12 person occupancy. My son bought a tv so we could all enjoy watching together in the great room. Several other considerations…furniture in great room was a rather strange chaise lounge (children loved it), a sectional sofa which was too deep for most of us and a game table with four chairs. Really, no comfortable furniture for anyone. Far too many steps in inverted floor plan for a senior citizen (me). I think the house must have an elevator but was not available for renters. Wish we could have used it for luggage and groceries. There were numerous porches but precious few chairs (4 wooden rockers and 1 plastic one for 10 people). The kitchen was very well equipped , as was the laundry room with another small refrigerator, with everything we needed. They also had every small appliance you could imagine (blender, Cuisinart, etc…. even an air fryer which we didn't know how to use). As a former DeBordieu owner, I understand the extra charge to use the club facilities. The owners are the dues payers and it's not right for them not to have first dibs, BUT, I was very put off that those who signed up prior to the rule change (Aug. 2021 for me) were not grandfathered. I specifically signed up for a house with golf membership and the idea of paying $200 a day PLUS golf guest fee was totally unacceptable. I dare say that ran off some renters which is sad for the owners.

Overall the property was a quality rental.

Quality vs. Cost is a bit out of balance, especially with all the fee tack ons—upwards of 50%. Clarifying access to the golf course vs. inclusion of green fees should be made.

Poorly maintained

Very disappointed in this property, poorly MAINTAINED and MANAGED. The key code given on check-in information was incorrect, they failed to have the six 0's before the other digits. Wifi password NOT given NOR the NAME of wifi. Both the Ice maker & stereo were broken. All these problems required a call to Peace, the girls didnt seem to know what to do, I was put on hold for over 4 minutes. Had to call the maintenance office 5-6 times ….all porches doors were locked. Both Garage doors were Locked & Door from inside to the garage also locked. Someone had to be sent out multiple times to take care of all these problems. I rented it for the weekend for my daughters wedding, all these problems were the last thing I wanted to be taking care of at this time. Won't rent thru Peace again. VRBO for me next time!

Great location. House needs a little work. Railing on stairs is barely hanging on to deck. Multiple loose spindles on porches causing concern for children. House itself was well equipped. Seems as though house hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while as many rooms had cobwebs hanging from ceiling and many dead bugs in carpet. We had an awesome trip just expected a little betters conditions in the house for the rental price.
