Beautiful home minutes from the beach and Ocean Lakes Water Park

This custom stilt built rental home, is a perfect place for a relaxing family/friend getaway!!

Site P15 is conveniently located near to the main entrance, making it easy to come and go as you please.
It is also centrally located near to multiple ponds/lakes making it great for a fishers paradise.
It is just a short stroll to the Sandy Mart, Water Park, Arcade and Mini Golf area, as well as the playgrounds and of course the BEACH!

As soon as you drive underneath the home, you will be fully covered, keeping you dry and/or shaded as you unpack/pack your vehicle.
You will also find a grill, table and TV, making perfect for you to enjoy the outdoors!

Once you have reached to top of the stairs; you will find a large covered porch that is fully furnished, that also has a gate to enclose the area.

As you enter the home, you will find an open floor plan, with vaulted ceilings, a flat screen TV, comfortable sofa(s) and recliner; as well as a fully furnished kitchen.
Making it great for cooking!

There are 3 Bedrooms:
1 King
1 Queen
1 Full over Full Bunk with a Twin Trundle.

There are 2 Bathrooms:
1 is attached to the Master Bedroom
The other is in the Hall.

The house also has a Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Stove/Oven, Food disposal, Toaster, Coffee maker and Keurig and of course Free WIFI!!

There is a Golf Cart available (for an additional fee).
However, we are asking that drivers be 21+ and require that you talk to us first to review some rules that will be heavily enforced.

Small Pets are allowed (for an additional fee)
However, as per Ocean Lake Policies:
Your pet MUST be on a leash (that does not exceed 6 feet)
Pets are NOT allowed on the beach between 10 AM-5PM, May 1st- Labor Day.
NO Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or any other dangerous or exotic pets are allowed.

Golf carts made some squeaking but battery never gave us any issues. This house was much much smaller than we thought from the pictures. Only very small bedrooms, living room that can only seat 5, attached to kitchen with a small table that can only seat 4. House sleeps six but there is no other place for guests to eat or sit together inside. Closets were full of pillows that didn’t have covers and we didn’t need and other items. Kitchen has no pantry so had to leave food on counter. Kitchen utensils were very low grad almost like a frat house. We are used to staying at more upscale roomy places so the tiny area inside was shocking. Also washer was full of mold and first set of sheets were sour smelling, so bad we started to wash them once we realized the issue. The owner did have someone bring over new sheets, ones for two kids beds were too small to even try to put on the bed, but the fact that they were there for us smelling so bad to start with was not fun. This house would be great for a few college students but I am not sure about anyone wanting comfort for 4 kids and a couple.

We had the best week with our 4 littles, ages 3-9. We felt everything was clean and house had just what we needed. We rented the golf cart and had easy access to the beach and pool. Night swims at the water park after dinner were the best for little to no crowd! Ocean lakes is kept so clean and truly family oriented. Thank you Moore family for a great week!

Beautiful, Quiet, Clean

We loved our stay, Memorial Day weekend! We rented the property to be close to family for the holiday. The property owners were so kind, communicative, and welcoming! The home was beautiful, nestled among trees and great neighbors. We enjoyed the porch for morning coffee and evening meals! 10/10 for any family!

Great location

Ocean Lakes is a great location for family vacations. The beach was right down the street and there were many activities for the family and kids. Definitely glad we added the golf cart to the rental. The nightly golf cart parade was a highlight for the kids. House was clean and enjoyable. One note - there is not a hot tub as listed.

The perfect spot!!

Absolutely loved the house and it was in the best spot for us in Ocean Lakes!! All the necessities were provided which meant I didn’t have to worry about packing so much!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect & Relaxing!

Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided fully. My pre-teen girls loved the TV on the lower level outside. We also enjoyed riding our bikes around.

Family Spring Break

Our family with 3 boys and small dog had the pleasure of renting this property for our Spring Break week at Ocean Lakes. House is nestled in a great, quiet location of the campground yet close to all OL amenities. Large deck for dining, reading etc. The homeowner was incredibly helpful and efficient - we were prepared for arrival and departure based on their instructions and had no issues at all. Great for a family trip, no detail left unnoticed linens provided, washer and dryer which was fantastic (for a mom with 3 boys in tow) :) and was incredibly grateful to bring our family ...small 6lb dog. Golf carts conveniently available also through owner which was another easy, efficient process. Homeowner was also easily accessible if needed throughout stay.

Great small family home

This was the perfect size for our 3 person 1 pet family. Daughter loved the upper bunk and tv in the room (all bedrooms have a tv). Location was close to the main road leading to the beach, sandy mart, or pool area which was nice. The deck was nice to lounge in in the afternoons or for dinner or lunch meals. Was definitely clean and had alot of kitchen accessories to help make meals easier to prepare. All in all we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

The house was nice, well kept and clean. The bonus was the large deck. We spent a good portion of our stay on the deck. Just an overall awesome stay.
