Beautiful Ocean Front Condo - Prenotazione 2019!

Come molti dei complessi condominiali di North Myrtle Beach, Crescent Sands è stata costruita negli anni '80. Situato a metà edificio e al 4 ° piano, l'unità E3 offre splendide viste sull'oceano.
Puoi rilassarti sul balcone in questo confortevole condominio fronte mare con due camere da letto, due bagni. Fai una pausa dalla spiaggia con un tuffo nella PISCINA ESTERNA DELL'OCEAN. Inoltre, l'edificio ha un ascensore a soli 30 piedi dalla porta d'ingresso della nostra unità che aiuta a limitare il carico dei bagagli.
L'unità dispone di una camera matrimoniale king-size con accesso al balcone e bagno privato. La camera degli ospiti contiene un letto singolo e un letto matrimoniale che possono ospitare i bambini separatamente o essere messi insieme formando un secondo letto king size di grandi dimensioni per adulti. La camera degli ospiti dispone anche di bagno e doccia.
Questa unità offre una cucina arredata, una lavastoviglie e una lavatrice / asciugatrice. Cucina raffinata e shopping sono entrambi a pochi minuti di distanza.
Ci sforziamo di rendere il nostro budget condominiale amichevole con un'atmosfera familiare e proviamo a fare aggiornamenti annuali basati sulle nostre finanze. Finora, l'unità ha nuovi piani in tutte le camere da letto e nel soggiorno, inoltre, sia il bagno principale che quello degli ospiti sono stati ristrutturati. Inoltre, gli armadietti della cucina sono stati rinnovati e il soggiorno e la cucina sono stati ridipinti.

Longtime in Coming Vacation!

We haven't had a beach vacation in about 10 years. We had a great time even though the weather didn't quite cooperate the first few days. The condo was really nice! Scott Bittner was a great host and extremely nice to work with. He answered all my questions and made some really good suggestions on places to eat.

Myrtle Beach E3 stay

This condo was such a wonderful place to stay. Everything we needed for a great week was available. Beds werecomfy, kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was ourfavorite part. Looks right at the ocean and was a wonderful place to sit and listen to the waves wash in. The buildingis right by the beach and there is also a pool with lots of room and chairs.All the places we wanted to visit in North Myrtle Beach were really close. Lots to do and lots of great shopping and eating.Scott was great to work with. Gave us very clear arrival instructions and very clear instructions for leaving.I would definitely stay there again. Loved every minute.

Excellent Location and Views

We had a great stay! The balcony and its views are the best part. While visiting during March, the temps were decent, but when the wind picked up it could be chilly. However, the balcony has walls at either end and wraps around a bit, so you could still enjoy outside and be blocked from the wind depending on its direction.While we didn't really cook while we were there, the space seemed to be stocked with everything one would need to prepare meals in the condo.In the end, this is a great space and has the essentials to enjoy a quick or extended stay. I would not hesitate to book this space for my next visit to Myrtle Beach.

Beautiful location and waking up to the sunrise everyday can't be beat!

Everything was perfect for our month-long break from the cold. While the weather wasn't warm, we certainly made the best of it with the sunrise on the beach and visiting the local art shops and museums. I would recommend staying in any of the Bittner's locations as they are fantastic to work with and provide beautiful properties. Until next time.....

Great place in North Myrtle Beach

Our family stayed for a week. The unit was very nice and was well setup. Rooms were nice size and furnishing were in very good condition. The view of the ocean was excellent. The communication with the owner was excellent. He reached out to us on our day of check to give us an update on the unit. I would highly recommend the unit and working with Scott.

Can't beat the view!!

Beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, clean and extremely welcoming, conveniently located to restaurants, Barefoot Landing and many other stores and attractions! Wonderful hosts who answered any questions we had within minutes!! Would definitely rent there again!! CAN'T BEAT THE VIEW!!! I give it 5 stars!!

Perfect Beach Vacation!

This is our 3rd time staying in this unit and we had a very comfortable vacation stay. We really like this medium sized building with such easy parking under the structure. E3 is very convenient to the elevator. We had very good communication with the manager, and the check-in and check-out was very simple. We love the big two part balcony, the very comfortable king bed with ocean view, many pillow choices, large refrigerator and nice stove, (we do most of our own cooking) and nice outside closet with beach chairs to borrow. We appreciated the washer and dryer, the good internet service and also the smart TV. We hope to return!
