  • Questo condominio 2BR / 2BA si trova a Bldg. 1 in Yacht Club Villas è splendidamente decorato ed è perfetto per la vostra vacanza all'insegna del relax. Quando entri nel Foyer ti sentirai come a casa. Il condominio dipinta di fresco è stato aggiornato con nuovi pavimenti in tutto e ha tutto il necessario per godersi il soggiorno. La cucina ha tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ed è completamente attrezzata per cucinare tutti i vostri pasti. La sala da pranzo ha molti posti a sedere per tutti e c'è un bar per la colazione per pasti facili per i bambini. Il soggiorno è molto spazioso e ha comodi divani e persino una chaise longue per rilassarsi. Il balcone è proprio fuori dal soggiorno con una vista mozzafiato sul Waterway, l'atterraggio a piedi nudi, la Marina e molto altro. Puoi anche sederti là fuori in estate e guardare i fuochi d'artificio il lunedì sera a Barefoot Landing.
    La prima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera ha 2 letti queen size. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno privato. Tutte le camere dispongono di TV a schermo piatto e la connessione Wi-Fi è gratuita nell'edificio.

    C'è anche una nuova lavatrice / asciugatrice nell'unità se hai bisogno di fare il bucato. L'area della piscina si trova presso la Torre Nord e dista solo pochi passi. Hai bisogno di un pass speciale per accedere alla piscina e ti daremo tutte le informazioni al momento del check-in. La piscina è la più grande in SC e dispone anche di vasche idromassaggio.
    Nei mesi estivi, c'è una navetta gratuita che è possibile prendere per la spiaggia che passa ogni ora. Un programma sarà incluso nel pacchetto di arrivo. Questa proprietà si trova proprio sul Waterway ed è vicino a Barefoot Landing, che ha un sacco di ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni da godere. Chiedici consigli e possiamo anche offrire servizi di catering se non vuoi cucinare!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Larry & I have been coming to NMBSC for over 12 years, we have dealt with VRNMB for 10 of those years. They have always been very courteous and helpful to us. The properties that we have stayed in have been more than ample, and very clean. We have family that come to see us while we are here, and they are thrilled with the surroundings. We strongly recommend using VRNMB if you are deciding on taking a mini vacation to SC.

They have truly found some beautiful condos for us to stay in. For the time we spend in them, this is our home away from home. VRNMB are very courteous, helpful and most of all, friendly. I suggest that if you are planning a getaway, notify VRNMB.

Our family comes down to visit while we are here. The unit that we stay in is more than ample in size. It is clean, and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The view is spectacular. Our son discovered YCV for us, and we have thoroughly, enjoyed our stay. At the end of our stay, which is March 30th, we renew for the following year. The condo is more than ample for us, and any guest that may visit. Very clean and has all the amenities that is needed. Vacation Rentals of NMB is very helpful to us in anything that we may need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering a stay in NMB, SC.

We than came across VRNMB and decided to give them a call, well that was the beginning a beautiful relationship. Our son, Scott set everything into motion. We have been very pleased with all the units they have made available to us. The staff has been very helpful, and if any problem arise, it is handled in a prompt manner. We are looking forward to next year. Our time this year is winding down. Thanks for all you do for us.

My only problem with the unit was the bedrooms. The master has a huge stain on the mattress and the comforters are old and lumpy in the guest room. The rest of this condo was fine.

Updated furnishings & in particular, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware which came in handy for preparing their own meals. Everything they needed was just a short walk/drive away from shopping at Barefoot Landing, playing golf on site or spending a day at the beach. It couldn't have worked out any better & the front desk staff was equally awesome. I will recommend Vacation Rentals of NMB to everyone I know.

We did not come down the past year (21) due to the pandemic, but this year; we are back. Looking forward to next year.
