Customer service fail

The property was okay. The updates were a good effort but poor workmanship. Location, beach and area amenities were nice. Space wasn’t cleaned properly. The floors were so dirty, my paper towel was black after cleaning up a water spill. The big rub for me was the management. Onsite service/maint were rude and acted like I was bothering them when asked about proper trash disposal. The management packet did not include all needed information and when I called them direct about a question they said they could not possibly remember what all their properties do. What?! Total Customer Service fail.
