📍 Good to Know

The condo is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, so you'll take the stairs. We recommend packing light or planning a couple of trips for luggage.

Guest Access:

🔑 The entire condo is yours, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the full kitchen, laundry, and the private screened-in porch.



• You're also welcome to enjoy River Oaks' shared amenities, including the pools, hot tub, and tennis courts (seasonal hours apply). Your pool key card will be waiting in the condo.



• Park up to 2 vehicles on-site using the 2 parking passes in the condo.



• Your unique door code will be sent before arrival, so you can head straight to the condo and let yourself in.

Set in a convenient Myrtle Beach location, River Oaks offers a relaxed, residential feel while keeping you close to it all. Nearby restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, attractions, and the beach make it an easy home base for your getaway.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with complimentary on-site parking for up to 2 vehicles. Most Myrtle Beach attractions, restaurants, shopping, and beaches are just a short drive away, and rideshare services are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

▶︎ Parking

• Free parking for up to 2 passenger vehicles. Please keep both parking passes displayed in your vehicles at all times.

• The HOA doesn't allow bicycles, golf carts, trailers, mopeds, boats, RVs, motorcycles, buses, trikes, watercraft, or oversized or commercial vehicles on the property. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.



▶︎ Age Requirement

• River Oaks HOA requires the primary guest to be 21 or older.



▶︎ Pest Control

• Routine HOA pest control is the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Please allow access for the scheduled service.



▶︎ Privately Managed

• We're a local, hands-on team available daily from 7 AM to 11 PM by message. Arriving after 11 PM? Message us ahead of time so we can plan for your arrival. Messages sent overnight may get a delayed response.
