Summary:
You must be at least 21 years of age to rent our properties.
Come and enjoy this great unit across the street from the beach.

The Space:
This unit has 2 full size beds . You must be 25 years of age to rent our properties. Equipped with appliances, you can cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner whenever you please.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the outdoor pools. The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies)

The Neighborhood:
Many restaurants and activities within walking distance! Just about 10 or so blocks from the boardwalk.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 21 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

Hot

The unit was long, a bedroom and kitchen/living area. Our biggest complaint, the bedroom had a AC unit. The kitchens unit wasnt working and they put a portable unit in the living area. It's the middle of July in SC, the portable did very little and did nothing in the kitchen or the bathroom which had nothing. Sleeping in the living room was Hot. The owner replied to my email, said it needed a part, its July... Also the kitchen only had the light over the sink an oven. Hate to leave a bad review but when you're hot in the middle of July!!

Worth it

We booked this thinking it had a ocean view. It did not. The room itself was clean but the building was not clean/smelled bad and lots of sketchy people. I will say the property manager is nice. I would not recommend this property to people with small children due to the building floors being dirty. The property had a lot of cleaners in toddlers reach and I did not like that. There is 2 windows and they are tiny. The Ac works great. Makes sure to bring your own blankets. If your staying on a Friday or Saturday night the streets are very loud and a little wild. Overall I wouldn’t stay again but that’s me. It would be a great place for teens or people without kids.

Not a good experience

The pictures look a lot different than the actual room. The room has some updated things about it but the building is obviously very old. The room was clean minus the showers and the sleeper sofa. We ended up not using the sofa as a bed because it was so dirty. There was also mold in the windows and a weird smell. The establishment itself is not kid friendly, i would not stay again especially with my family. It gave a sketchy feeling and people blared vulgar music on their balconies by the pool. The pool and lazy river were ok but dirty, dead bugs floating everywhere. Consider the phrase "you get what you pay for" before booking at the Wave Rider.

It was a Great Stay aside from...

We were unable to use the living room television for a couple of days and it was tough getting in contact with the host to fix the problem. Also, they barely had any cooking ware or silverware. Other than those issues the place is gorgeous. I'd stay again for sure!
