Great Stay in North Myrtle Beach

Great week in North Myrtle Beach, made possible by our cottage. Everything was as described and the location was perfect; two blocks from the beach. Perfect place for a small group get-away.

Hurricane relief

Evacuated to Myrtle Beach from hurricane Helene as we had no power or water at home. Had to ask a family member to book a place as I didn’t have cell service either. Was surprised to find the floors to be dirty and a previous guest’s bathroom kit left in the bathroom. Overall it served the purpose but not a 4* place.

Our Forever Vacation Spot

Just a lovely family place. It’s a quick walk to the beach and I don’t feel as touristy. Nice set up for a family and a quiet community with a short drive to most things you may need. Wonderful pool and friendly neighborhood overall.

Do not rent from Evolve

The house was nice enough and if it were actually rented like a normal VRBO it would be 4-5 star. Unfortunately, this property is managed by a company called Evolve. This company refuses to use any of the normal VRBO rental services one counts on and pays for with the VRBO fee like payments and communication. Evolve forces you to go outside of VRBO to pay and that system resulted in my credit card flagging the charge as fraud. Communication was also a nightmare. They outright refuse to respond through VRBO messaging, only copy and pasting a message to go to their site. When I did that, it literally took them months to reply. Evolve relies on a local contact when at the property, but that contact never responded to emails either. We were lucky we had no big issues with the rental. Do not rent any property managed by Evolve or you might not be so lucky.

Excellent Location

We felt at home quickly, a comfortable, pretty place to stay. Very clean and very well stocked with items you might need. The small porch attached to the front was a bonus to drink morning coffee. Across the street from the beach makes it even better. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay

I loved our cottage. It was clean, cute and just what we needed. It was super easy to get to the beach by walking but we did rent a golf cart which was so convenient, fun and inexpensive. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. I highly recommend!

Peaceful quiet area

The location of the house is so nice very quiet direct view of the pool. House is very clean beds are comfortable with wifi and cable TV. The house manager even got us early access to the house when we arrived in town earlier then our check in time. Only down side is we were left with only one trash bag for the week and no dish soap to wash the 2 coffee cups instead of running the dishwasher. In the end we HIGHLY recommend this house and management company.

Very nice place and quiet community

We stayed 5 days here this week. Absolutely loved it. Nice peaceful little community. All the residents were very friendly. And the place was dog friendly. We took out 2 Lab/retrievers with us. They were just as welcomed as us. We will definitely be choosing this place again. Just a short walk to the beach. Just had to cross the street to a public beach access. Place was super clean. Cute little cottage.

Perfect for a weekend get away with furry friends!

The turtle cottage was perfect for our weekend get away! This was in a great area within walking distance of the beach and located right above the pool. We were so happy to find a place that was pet friendly and clean!! If you are looking for a clean pet friendly place close to the beach this is the place for you!

Amazing homey family experience.

Our kids raves about how “at home” they felt. The property was private and secluded and dog friendly. The neighbors were also dog friendly. The beach was close and has a stunning sunrise. We recommend, but at the same time, I don’t want to share this little secret!! Lol.
