The Space:

You'll have the convenience of keyless entry for this condo, and you'll also enjoy onsite parking and full access to outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie pools, and lazy rivers during your stay.

NOTE:

The Outdoor Pools will not be heated until further notice

Guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including tiki bar and coffee shop), bowling center, game room, gift shop, laundry facility, business show, and fitness center; All other water features available

Due to parking, they will allow only one (1) vehicle on their property.

This condo is professionally cleaned and we have contactless check-in.

The condo suited our group of 3 perfectly with 3 beds. Kitchen setup was just fine for our breakfast meals. Would have liked a toaster. We used the indoor and outdoor pools daily along with the hot tubs. Our broken hair dryer was replaced by the host .

Nice location, great views. Checkin process was quick and easy. This listing does not give you access to laundry facilities, gym, arcade, bowling, restaurant, pool bar, gift shop or coffee shop. This was not listed when I originally booked. I contacted the rental company and was brushed off. Suddenly the details appeared and the bottom of the additional notes area while on our stay. Photos and listing still showed laundry and bar but I was ignored and gave up. This wouldn’t have been a big deal if I had known prior to taking my teen daughter. Or if I knew previously and had a chance to book somewhere else that those amenities were available. The front desk told me it happens all the time with third party owners. So book directly if you want access to those. The refrigerator was missing the handle, sliding door to balcony was also missing a handle. Most outlets need repaired because they won’t hold a plug. Living room lamp was missing its switch. Living room wall was filthy, fruit loops stuck to the dining chairs. Bathroom was moldy and needs recaulked. The hair dryer turned on but didn’t blow any air. Just got hot and popped. Hangers I’m the closets would have been helpful. Carpet was frayed and coming up. Needs steam cleaned as well. Made our socks black. The resort pools and beach access were nice. Chairs and pool towels were easy each day to use. Would stay here again but I’m a condo the resort owns and maintains.

Pretty decent, especially for the price. A couple of cosmetic issues in the room, but nothing bad enough to deter me from staying again. Great location, friendly staff in the hotel, excellent communication from the host. Gorgeous ocean views and pools, and very entertaining to listen to the evening karaoke at the outdoor bar!
