  • Welcome to Sawgrass & Shores — Bright and stress-free, third-floor 2BR/2BA condo (sleeps 6) with a furnished balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub in the River Oaks Community. Ideal for golfers, couples & small groups, making it the perfect place to kick back, relax, and make lasting memories!

    Nestled in the desirable River Oaks community, a location that is easily accessible to the beach, airport, and local attractions. This third-floor condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

    The Space
    Primary suite: King bed, smart TV, private bathroom with shower/tub.
    Second bedroom: Queen bed, smart TV, adjacent full bathroom with shower/tub.
    Living area: Open floor concept. Sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), smart TV,
    Fully stocked kitchen with counter seating and dining set
    Private balcony overlooking the sparkling outdoor pool and hot tub— great for morning coffee or evening drinks.

    Building & Guest Access
    Parking lot just in front of unit (permit required). Seasonal outdoor pool + hot tub (open Apr 15–Oct 15) and indoor pool (open Oct 15–Apr 15). Note: indoor and outdoor pools are not open simultaneously.
    Shared charcoal grill and well-kept, quiet grounds.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as shown in photos- clean- well equipped and comfortable, making our stay super. The host « Chad » very responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Communication with the host was wonderful. However, a major issue was that the hot water for the showers was cold-lukewarm at best. The interior/amenities/appliances were not quite what we are accustomed to compared to other stays at Vrbos.

I haven’t had time to write a review but this place was EXACTLY what we needed and Chad the host was so responsive and kind. The pool was great and the condo had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the screened-in porch was so relaxing to sit in and read. I would definitely recommend this place. Just a note - this is on the 3rd floor - so if you have difficulty with stairs, please consider that as there a no elevators. That wasn’t an issue with us, but it may be for some people.

Very clean and quiet property. The property has a lot of amenities and very comfortable. The host Carl (Chad) was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The property is also close to so many stores of choice. Seems every good attraction is between 15 and 45minutes away which is excellent for us.... There are so many beaches apart from the main Myrtle beach close to the property if one wants to try other beaches too.

Cozy & Comfortable

The condo was a great place to stay while visiting CCU. It was about 15 minutes away. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, quiet and very comfortable. Loved having the screened in balcony overlooking the pool. The kitchen is well stocked. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!
