    There is a great Children's Museum nearby and Broadway at the Beach is just up the road. There are two pools both indoor and outdoor and three jacuzzi's, indoor and outdoor. There is great lawn space to lay out on with beach chairs and umbrellas. It has all new furnishings, in the heart of Myrtle Beach, near the Convention Center, many attractions and restaurants are just a short walk away.

Excellent view!!!Roaches, carpet needs to be replaced, smells like mold in entire condo. Beds are horrible, needs to be replaced. Nice bathroom and kitchen but needs detailed cleaning

Everything was just as advertised!! The property was very clean and was in a great location. We would definitely like to stay there again and would recommend it to other people looking for a great place to stay. The room was just as the pictures described it to be. The room and the properties were very clean and nice. Perfect little walk out to the beach. A wonderful place to get away a little ways from the activity down at the center but perfect for just relaxing and being with your family. Our host was amazing. She checked in on us and she wished us a wonderful stay. She was the best thank you so much. Definitely will come back to stay giving it a five star.

Place was exactly as advertise. Beach was great, right behind the building. Located right on the strip with plenty to do, sites to see, and plenty of eateries to visit.

Great view of the beach. Great communication. With regards to the room, surface cleaned only, pillows were flat (about a half inch) we bought pillows. Washer/dryer does not work well at all. Makes a loud noise with regards to dryer. One bed was uncomfortable. Both A/C filters were plugged. We cleaned them. Great location. Beach is right out the door. Price was great.

Wonderful place

Was the cleanest apartment we have ever entered. Great location and Psalms Resort was very lovely. Parking was just across street and places to eat within walking distance.

Quick weekend away

Needed a relaxing time to de stress and this place fit the bill usually we get a place that needs updating and something ends up not working this place was recently updated and it felt as if it home away from home I would stay here again thanks to the owners of the property

Very disappointing. Started with having to do another credit check 1 hour before checkin. We were in the car with no internet trying to provide pictures of credit cards and drivers license. After that got resolved the next problem. No working refrigerator. Microwave handle broken, could not be used. No power to the washer/dryer. Notified host right away. Took 3 days to get someone out to look at it. Did not fix the refrigerator or the microwave. I will say the location was wonderful and the view was great. That was all.

The condo was clean and nice. The view was beautiful. There was only 2 of us and it was tight. I don’t think 6 could stay comfortably. Overall, had a great vacation.

Perfect for small family

My family and I needed a place to stay for a week and really wanted a kitchen to reduce eating out so much which this place has. This place fit the bill in every way we needed. Plenty of room. All new appliances and new A/C units! Will definitely look for this place again the next time we plan to come visit the area

The condo is very nice and clean with beautiful views.One of the deck chairs was broken and they replaced them right away with plastic ones .. Downside they are taking a pier apart just right of the balcony they work out there from sunup to sunset with continuous loud banging !! Suggestions put grab bars in shower..

Property was as listed. Beautiful view and all newly remodeled. Suggestion, needs a toaster. Walking distance to the dollar general and many food locations. Overall five star experience.

Beautiful property - Property management observation

The price is why we chose this property and it was well worth every penny!! The property is gorgeous and was perfect for our getaway. The location is very ideal. The property management company is the only area where we had any feedback. We received multiple communications, text and emails, about information that was already provided. I appreciate their responsiveness, communication is one detail I would consider. We will definitely be back!!!

Exactly as Advertised/Wonderful Stay

The condo was exactly as the pictures indicate. The view was perfect. We only stayed for a weekend, so everything we needed was there. My only concern about the check-in was having to provide all of the info that was asked for by email. It raises flags for privacy concerns. However, overall the communication was great, the place was clean, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. I would definitely consider it again in the future.
