Windy Shores I è un complesso di 3 piani a 18 piani sull'oceano diretto, situato a 1 miglio da Barefoot Landing, The Alabama Theater, House of Blues e Greg Norman Grill. 5 minuti dal golf in un numero qualsiasi di campi da golf da campionato, una cucina raffinata su Restaurant Row e altri negozi al Tanger Outlet Mall.

A pochi secondi dalla spiaggia, a pochi minuti da una cucina raffinata e dallo shopping che ti dà più tempo per fare ciò che ti piace fare quando non sei al lavoro. Veramente il luogo ideale per qualsiasi vacanza o periodo sabbatico invernale.

Questa bellissima unità al 1 ° piano con vista sull'oceano diretto ha una fantastica vista libera sull'Oceano Atlantico. Si trova proprio nel cuore di North Myrtle Beach.

La camera da letto principale è stata rinnovata nel 2013 con pareti dipinte di fresco, nuovo tappeto, nuovi mini ciechi e bellissimi mobili e materassi in mogano Ethan Allan.

Anche la seconda camera da letto è stata aggiornata nel 2013 con pareti dipinte di fresco e una nuova camera da letto in ciliegio. Il letto e il materasso è un letto completo. La seconda camera ha anche una serie di letti a castello acquistati nel 2012 con nuovi mini ciechi.

La cucina è spaziosa, completamente attrezzata, con piano cottura nuovo, forno a microonde e bar per la colazione. Sala da pranzo e soggiorno si combinano con ventilatore a soffitto, mobili nuovi, moquette nuova in tutto il condominio, nuove piastrelle di ceramica in cucina, bagni e foyer. Nel 2013 è stato aggiunto un nuovo schermo piatto da 46 pollici.

L'unità ha un balcone di grandi dimensioni con vista sulla piscina con vista sull'oceano.

La piscina con vista sull'oceano dispone di solarium, sedie a sdraio e doccia esterna. Nessuna attesa neanche sugli ascensori, il balcone ha accesso diretto alla piscina e all'oceano. Molto conveniente.

Il parcheggio è in loco con troppopieno circa 500 piedi su 33rd Street.

Great low-key, family oriented location.

Great location and unit for families. The unit and complex was very clean and safe. It was nice to stay somewhere quiet, where everyone abided by basic rules and used common courtesy towards others. Dale is a very straightforward, accommodating host who is easy to communicate with. It was a great vacation spot for our family!

Home Away From Home

This place was very cute and very comfortable. The furniture and decor was nice. It was not as clean as i prefer, but then again i have OCD. It is a very short drive to all the places Myrtle Beach is known for. The view of the ocean is breath taking. The walk to the ocean was short and with ease. No mounds of sand to walk through. The pictures provided are as they seem. The host was quick to answer when there was an issue to be resolved. I go on vacations every year and i have stayed in many places. This particular place happens to be one of my favorites now. It has a very homey feeling and has everything you should need. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a descent and affordable place to spend a vacation.

Perfect location and owner was always available. The property was very clean the condo does need attention with carpet and furniture in living room needs replaced. Overall a comfortable stay and patio is steps from the beach

Spring Vacation

The host was very responsive and I would deal with him again without hesitation. The view was great and check in very easy. On the downside the space is much older than it appeared in pictures. Due to the age of things it gave it a look of not being clean but it was. No professional cleaning is done. Would not stay in this unit again due to the amount of carpeting. Dale is wonderful to work with and would see if he has other units.

Had a great stay

We were very pleased with our stay. We enjoyed the balcony, the view of the beach and dunes from there, and the easy access to the pool and beach. The condo is very homey feeling and everything was as depicted in the listing and pictures. We would definitely stay there again.

Issue with noise

I don't have a problem with bike week, although the bedrooms are next to the road. During bike week they stay up late with loud bikes and music. Other than that the property is great.

Fun time at the beach

Enjoyed our week at the beach. Pool was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean and all appliances were in working order. Nice new dishwasher.

Not clean

Was not cleaned prior to our arrival and there were no blankets. The owner did send someone to clean and purchase blankets after we complained. The apartment was in falling into disrepair with pieces missing from the ceiling and trim falling off the walls. Also there was a pile of random unnecessary furniture in one bedroom. Also the dishwasher did not work. The one redeeming quality is the location, it was on the beach and near the pool.

Great view

Really enjoyed our stay at Windy Hill. View of the ocean was amazing from the great patio. Easy access to the beach and pool. Close to everything. A little tricky getting into the bathrooms because of how the doors opened, but they worked. A bit dated but had everything you needed.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is awesome, pool is excellent (cared for daily) and the beach is beautiful and not over crowded. The entrance is private which we really liked as it felt like the vacation was just our family. The deck is amazing, great place to sit and read a book.

Gorgeous View!!

Awesome location near on the beach. Neighbors were friendly and respectful to all. We never heard the neighbors next door or above us. We really enjoyed our time in this condo...it was perfect for our girls trip!

Deck view and proximity to beach can't be beat

We enjoyed our time thoroughly - view of the beach, the spacious patio to enjoy meals, the ease to get to the beach, smaller crowds, and easy access to the pool. Our only disappointment was entering a dusty condo which had seen better days. We spent some time cleaning on the front end because we could tell some things hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in some time.

Called the owner in regards to where we put the keys when we leave. He didn’t call back. I also text him and no reply. The place needs cleaned very dusty . Shower faucets difficult to work with . We have the keys with us and will mail him the keys to his Ohio address.
