Godrete di una vista fondo dell'oceano 12 ° in 1.183 Angle piede quadrato Oceanfront 2 BR condominio. La prima cosa che vedrete come si cammina in è il muro di vetro pieno e l'eccellente vista a 180 gradi! Ci sono due camere da letto private - una con due letti matrimoniali e un letto king size nel master, ognuna con il proprio bagno privato. Dunes Village Resort ha il più grande parco acquatico al coperto nel sud con 30.000 metri quadrati di divertimento. Alcune delle caratteristiche sono: 250 + -ft giro lungo il fiume, primi scivoli interni adulti di dimensioni di Myrtle Beach, una enorme piscina con acqua pallavolo e basket, una serie di vasche idromassaggio, lazy river, ponte bagnato per bambini con sciocco Yellow Submarine e un gioco per bambini piscina. The host was very easy to communicate with and was very gracious in adjusting dates when I needed to shift our stay dates slightly. The Condo was clean and well stocked as far as kitchen utensils and pans. It would have been nice to have a welcome sheet on the counter or somewhere in the condo telling us how to dispose of the trash and how to connect to WiFi, these were things we were able to find out at the front desk but it would have been nice to have in the room as the front desk was polite but they made it known we did not book through them. We truly enjoyed our stay my kids loved the pools and water slides.

Silverware in drawer was dirty and the sliding door to the balcony in the master would not open but other than that the room was great. The WiFi was a little sketchy. Loved the amount of Yoel’s that were provided.

I would not stay at this property again due to several issues during my stay and the way the host handled them.While we were there, the bathroom door became jammed and would not open. We had to carefully open it using a card just to get access to our belongings. When the host asked if there was any damage, I honestly told her there was none and even sent photos and videos of the door when we checked out.After we left, the host claimed that we damaged the door and said she would charge us for repairs. This is very concerning because the door appeared to already have issues. The host even mentioned it had been “recently painted,” which suggests this may have been an ongoing problem with the door.Additionally, the living room TV did not work during our stay, so we were unable to use it the entire time. After reading other reviews, I noticed previous guests had mentioned the same TV issue as well as other maintenance concerns, which made me feel like problems at the property may not be properly addressed before new guests arrive.I always treat rental properties with respect and would never damage someone’s home. I even provided photos and videos of the condition of the door before leaving, which I believe shows that we did not cause any damage.Overall, the experience was frustrating because instead of addressing maintenance issues, it feels like the blame is being placed on guests. I would encourage future guests to document the condition of everything upon arrival and

The view from the property was nice, and the room itself was fine initially. Unfortunately, during our stay we discovered bedbugs in the room.We immediately contacted the owner and asked for a short extension on checkout time so we could wash all of our clothing to avoid bringing the bugs home. The response felt rushed, with more concern about preparing the room for the next guest than addressing the situation.The cleaner arrived while we were still trying to finish laundry, and we showed her the bug we found. During this time, the washing machine would not go into the spin cycle. Because of this, we were forced to depart with a load of wet clothes.We ultimately checked out at 11:30 a.m. Additionally, my daughter was bitten by a bedbug on her leg overnight.This was a stressful and concerning experience, and future guests should be aware.

Fantastic host communication; she was very helpful and accommodating. Very pretty property; beachfront with several outside amenities. The condo itself was clean, roomy, king sized bed was nice, larger beds in second room were nice, had granite countertops, newer appliances, lots of utensils/kitchen items, and loved the view. Property itself had a secured parking garage across the street; huge plus for us. I definitely recommend hostess and unit. Will absolutely consider revisiting.

Overall we had a good week. We were disappointed in the building maintenance that was being done on the balcony up until Friday, so we could only use the balcony two days of our week’s vacation. We’ve stayed at Dunes many times and had never encountered that issue, but now I know that I need to ask if building maintenance is scheduled before we plan to come down. The room was a good fit for my husband, daughter, and myself. The balcony was nice and I wish we had the opportunity to use it more than just two days. It’s always impeccably clean and the staff is always friendly.

Beautiful suite!! It was perfect for our family. The resort was amazing. Lots to do and right on the beach. My little boy loved the waterparks in the resort. Great time and would definitely stay again.

Very fun week!

Very comfortable apt with nice seating for the whole family to relax. Check in process was quite simple and truly every person we encountered during the week was so very friendly and helpful! The activities offered for kids were great fun and, of course, the beach and pool/water park all provided a nice variety of options for fun play.

Amazing Family Vacation

My family does a yearly vacation at Myrtle Beach. This is our third resort and we will not be searching for another. We were sad that the waterslides were not open for most of our week, but there were enough other things to do to keep our eight year old grandson busy. We all loved this condo. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for the six of us to hang out in the living room together. It was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. We especially loved the wraparound balcony. We hope to book this condo again next year.

1st vacation @ Myrtle Beach

Had all the essentials, we were able to prepare meals in house. Water park was a big plus for the little one. Most attractions within driving distance. Definitely considering returning.

The property was exactly as described.The view was wonderful on the extended balcony. The rooms were decorated well. I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials.The resort has everything so there wasn't any reason to leave. My kids loved it!The only concern was a broken lock on one of the patio doors. I have a little one and it became a safety issue, so we had to place a chair in front of the sliding glass door. I definitely recommend getting that fixed and upgrading the tv's. Overall I highly recommend this property and we may book it again. It was a very pleasant vacation.

Great get-a-way!

Ocean view with an amazing porch, I loved the layout of the condo and the owner was responsive with any questions I had. So much to do at this place. Will definitely stay here again!
