Welcome to Sand Dunes Ocean Overlook, a newly renovated oceanfront condo located directly on the beach in Myrtle Beach. Situated on the 16th floor of Sand Dunes Resort, this spacious 1,200 sq ft condo offers breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views from both the living room and the master suite—perfect for sunrise coffee and relaxing evenings on the balcony.
Designed with families, golf trips, and group getaways in mind, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings throughout, and thoughtful extras to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

Guest access
Guests enjoy contactless self check-in via smart lock and full access to the condo, excluding a locked owner’s closet.
Sand Dunes Resort amenities include direct beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs (located in the Oceanfront Building), fitness room, on-site dining, convenience store, elevators, and free WiFi. Wristbands are provided and required to access included resort water amenities.
The kiddie water park on Ocean Blvd is privately owned and NOT accessible to our guests. Passes are NOT available for purchase.
Important Information – Please Read Before Booking
-Maximum occupancy: 10 guests, including children and infants
-Minimum age to book: 21; no third-party bookings
-No pets or ESAs allowed per HOA
-No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony
-A $500 cleaning fee applies for smoke or marijuana odors
-No parties or large gatherings; quiet hours 11 PM–7 AM
Security:
A Ring doorbell camera is located outside on the front door facing the hallway and records video and sound when motion is detected or the doorbell is pressed. Resort common areas are monitored 24/7.
Parking:
Free secured parking for 2 standard-size vehicles (garage clearance 6’8”). No motorcycles, trailers, RVs, boats, or mopeds permitted. Oversize vehicles must use paid street or overflow parking.
Resort & HOA Notes:
Resort amenities are managed by the HOA and may experience closures or maintenance. Monthly pest control is required and may involve brief technician entry.
Although the condo is located within Sand Dunes Resort, this is a privately owned unit and guests do not have access to the resort front desk or housekeeping services.
We are available before and during your stay via VRBO messaging and are happy to assist with any questions. Optional concierge services are available, including grocery delivery, transportation, special-occasion setups, and local reservations.
Climate:
Summer heat and humidity may affect cooling. Smart thermostat door sensors automatically turn off AC if balcony doors are left open.
Violations:
Tampering with security devices or violating house/resort rules may result in eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for HOA fines.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
