Il nostro condominio è un'unità al primo piano (senza gradini) e molto ben mantenuto. TV in tutte le camere da letto e soggiorno con DVD, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Piscina e vasca idromassaggio a 100 piedi. 1.350 piedi quadrati di spazio per distendersi o rilassarsi sulla veranda protetta. Appena fuori dalla strada 501 e solo 8 minuti dalla spiaggia. Bagni molto puliti con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size per la vostra convenienza. Condo ha una visione del campo da golf per guardare i giocatori. Conveniente per tutte le attrazioni e lo shopping della città. Circa 100 campi da golf in 30 minuti di auto. Oltre 1.000 ristoranti per soddisfare ogni appetito, e vicino al 1 ° miglio NEW BOARD WALK (aperto 2011) tra il 2 °. Ave. Nord e 14th Avenue. Nord, Wi-Fi gratuito anche in condominio, chiedere informazioni di accesso al momento della prenotazione.

Spacious good location

It was a nice size place. It had a good air conditioner. There was not enough toilet paper for a 4 day stay and there were a few bugs and the place was a bit dated but reasonable priced.

Fairways Myrtle Beach

Love the area close to Broadway at the beach and restaurants. Seal on refrigerator door was almost totally broken off. Nice new floors and carpet but nails sticking out of the tack strips in several areas. Big rooms.

Beautiful and spacious

The pictures does not do the property justice. We loved it so much and did not want to come home. Even talked about buying one of our own. Everything you could want to do or go was a 15 min drive that did not seem like 15 mins. Loved it and will defiantly stay here again and recommend to everyone! Very spacious! My 5 and 1 year old has plenty of room to play. The beds were very soft and comfy.

Might be ok for golfers, definitely not a place for families

Unfortunately, we had several issues from the start. First, basic health & safety of the condo - Our shower curtain liners were significantly moldy, the coffee pot was so dirty it took three times cleaning it out with vinegar to use, there were staples sticking out of the carpet that we stepped on constantly, and the pull out couch had dead bugs, food crumbs and some pretty disgusting stains on it (completely unusable). We called and emailed the host & his local contact the very next morning about these health & safety concerns (and for a few more towels), and we did not get a response to any of our concerns until the Friday afternoon (we checked out Saturday morning). Additionally, the TV was old and small (no streaming), so we rented movies, but then discovered there were no batteries in the remote. The kitchen was not stocked for a family to cook - broken can opener, no sharp knives, barely enough utensils for 6 of us. The wifi was also very poor - if we wanted to search something we had to go into a corner of one of the bedrooms. There was no local information, so we searched a lot for things to do. No "extras" that we usually find in rentals, like books or puzzles or games or even a deck of cards. There was a lot of noise -construction going on outside our property and the pool area. We could hardly hear each other to talk at the pool when the construction was going on. And we awoke to the upstairs neighbors making a lot of noise every morning by 6 a.m. I know the host can't control that, but I was surprised by how thin the ceiling was to hear so much noise overhead. We were also told by condo owners that we met at the pool that the condo area "has really gone downhill" since the golf course attached has closed. This might be a good place for some golfers to stay, who go out to eat and just need a place to sleep. But definitely NOT for a family of 6 (all females, no less) that were looking for a relaxing and safe place to sit by the pool, cook and hang out together and enjoy the sunshine. Add to that the fact that the host did nothing to address our concerns for the entire week of our stay, and we definitely can't recommend this property.

Beautiful Condo on Golf Course

Our family of five enjoyed staying in this spacious condo for six nights/ five days. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the pool right outside our door and we all enjoyed observing the turtles on our morning walks. Food Lion grocery store was only a few miles away which made it easy to balance eating in and dining out. Condo location is convenient to Broadway by the Beach, the boardwalk,mini-golf and much more!

Very nice stay

The location was great. We felt safe in the area and they even have security present riding around on golf cart. The condo itself was very quiet and one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed at. The carpet was clean and beds were comfy. There was even a small screened in porch in the back. The furniture is nice and shows no signs of wear and tear and very comfy. Kitchen fully equipped as well. It was very homey and comfortable. Our only 2 issues were they have tvs in all the bedrooms which is awesome but only one remote to turn the channels. They all have remotes but they only turn the tv on and control the volume. You need the remote from the living room to control the channels. And the other issue was there are no curtains in the front bedrooms, just valances , so the light shines pretty bright through the blinds so that may bother some people. Other than that everything was just wonderful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

First family vaca

I was amazed at how quiet the condo was. The entire complex was so clean and nestled off in its quiet oasis. The pool was so warm and we had it all to ourselves. Not a far drive from the beach. Condo was so clean, had all the amenities and I was shocked to see full cupboards! The night we left the boys cried because they wanted to go back to the condo. I would definitely suggest staying here!

Less than a 10 min drive from most attractions

Our first experience with Vrbo was awesome! The property was exactly as described with some upgrades not in pictures. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen ware. The cleaning staff was very nice and made sure everything was to our liking. We had 6 people sharing this condo and there was plenty of space. The pool was clean and just a few feet from the door. Was very quiet and the screened in porch facing the golf course was nice in the evenings. The owners are very good with communicating back with any questions we had before and during our stay. If you're looking for a place close to the beach and attractions, this place is for you!! We will definitely stay here again!!
