From helicopter rides and Broadway at the Beach to mini golf, go-karts, shopping, and ocean walks, there’s something here for everyone. When it’s time to eat, choose from over 1,900 restaurants or enjoy a meal back in the fully equipped kitchen.

FROM YOUR HOSTS:
First Rule. Have FUN and ENJOY your stay!
We like to be upfront with our requirements and the condo association regulations. If they are not your cup of tea, we completely understand.

• NOISE. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Quiet time 10pm and 7am. The Condo is in an older building and noise does transfer to adjoining units.
• NO SMOKING (of any kind) inside the condo or on outside carpeted areas. For guest health and comfort, this is a completely smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the condo or on outdoor carpeted areas. Guests who smoke in these areas can be charged a $200 cleaning and deodorizing fee.
• "Normal" Check in time, 4pm, check out time, 10am. But we like to bend the rules. If the schedule permits, we will accommodate special requests at no extra charge.
• Repair for damages (unreported), will be billed to guests and reported to host site.
• DEPARTURE. Please leave sheets and towels where they are. We kindly ask you to leave dishes clean - in the rack or in the dishwasher, they do not need to be put away. We ask that kitchen garbage to be removed to the dumpster in the parking lot (left, 20 second walk to your left as you exit)
• RETURN the PARKING PASSES and POOL KEY CARDS to the hooks in the Hall. Sorry we had to implement a $20 fee for each missing pass or key card.

The CONDO RULES (Sorry, they came with the unit and the condo association may levy fines that will be added to your bill if violated)

• POOL area: Outdoor pool and spa open 9am to 9pm Aril 1st to Oct 31st, Indoor pool open 9am to 9pm Oct 31st to April 1st. Access is controlled by a key card located in front hall- please return the key card on departure. Use pool areas at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. No glass bottles, no alcoholic beverages, no running, pushing. Children under 14 needs to be accompanied by an adult, Floaties are not permitted, and pets not permitted. Anyone with ear, genital, body infections, open sores, etc. are allowed in the pool area. (that’s a good thing!)
• PARKING. Parking pass for one vehicle in front hall. If you need 2, please let us know. There is no assigned parking spot. No RV's, campers, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed to be parked on the property No portion of your vehicle should protrude past the length of your parking spot. No parking on the grass or in a handicapped spot unless you have a handicap permit. Please drive carefully while on the property and adhere to the 10 mile per hour limit.
• GARBAGE: all refuse should be in a heavy plastic bag and placed in the dumpsters provided.
• OCCUPANCY: is not to exceed 6 people in a 2- bedroom unit. You can invite friends over, as long as you are with them and take responsibility for them.
• In case of FIRE: Exit the building immediately and once at a safe location call 911. And tell the dispatch the building and unit # 481 White River Rd 31D. Leave the door open but unlocked. Alert other occupants of the building if it can be done safely.
• PATIO/balcony: No visible laundry or towel drying.
Guest pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets could result in immediate cancellation and additional cleaning fees and condo association fines.
Sorry no guest pet family members are allowed.
