This unique layout offers an oversized living space with a large couch, TV with cable, a small dining table with chairs, and beautiful direct ocean front views from the private balcony right off the living area. This layout features an open floor plan making the space feel bigger and not cramped!

This apartment has been completely renovated and features some truly spectacular updates, and we can't be more excited to share them with you. To start, the entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors. New tile flooring was installed in the hallway leading into the vacation rental, bathroom, and kitchen area. New carpeting was installed in the bedroom and living room area. The entire apartment was furnished with brand new furniture. In the kitchen, the new stainless steel appliances compliment the cabinets and quartz countertops tremendously! In the living room the new large couch converts to a sleeper sofa to accommodate an additional 2 guests with ease. Making this 1 bedroom able to accommodate a total of 4 guests!

As of Winter 2023, this condo had a bit of additional work completed with all new tile flooring installed throughout, giving the condo such a seamless look!

Guests will enter the condo into a hallway. The master bedroom is located to the left as you walk into the unit. This bedroom features 1 king bed, two night stands on either side of the bed, new smart TV, dresser, and closet for storage. This space is perfect for 2 guests. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, sink, large mirror, toilet, and cabinets for storage.

Making your way through the apartment, the kitchen is centrally located between the bedroom and living room. The kitchen offers full size stainless steal appliances, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, new beautiful quartz countertops, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Roxanne. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the condo! The floor plan is open and spacious, and it features a large sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, commercial blackout curtains, new 65" smart TV with digital cable, and a dining table with chairs. The large extended sliding glass doors allow our guests to get the most spectacular views that can be seen from the kitchen, living space, or the private balcony.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi, as well as free parking.

Our guests have access to the pool deck complete with an indoor and outdoor hot tub and lap pool that are heated even in the winter. There is also an outdoor pool and lazy river that our guests have access to as well.


Our guests are only FEET away from the newly extended Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, The new Funplex, Tin Roof, and even Pier 14.

The Roxanne Towers has an age restriction of 25 years and older unless accompanied during their stay by a parent or legal guardian.
