  • Nuova casa con vista! Questa proprietà di lusso dispone di doppi maestri, piscina privata con vista sull'oceano, palude e palme in abbondanza. Il livello principale ha una pianta completamente aperta, perfetta per famiglie o gruppi numerosi. Rompere le porte al livello principale aperte sul patio e sulla piscina privata. Tutte e cinque le camere sono spaziose. Entrambi i maestri hanno bagni privati. Le altre tre camere hanno accesso diretto al bagno completo. Ampio garage doppio e ascensore si aggiungono alle molte comodità di questa casa! NON DIMENTICARE gli splendidi giardini di North Beach Plantation! 2 1/2 acri di piscine, fiume pigro (riscaldato nei mesi invernali!), vasche idromassaggio, piscina per bambini / scivolo, parco giochi e bar sull'acqua ~ asciugamani inclusi! A perfect family vacation

The property furnishing were well coordinated in my favorite colors. The elevator was a big plus…..and my granddaughters loved the pool.

Wonderful stay!

Property was wonderful and clean and very close to the resort/beach. The pool area was spacious and the option to heat the pool was perfect for our family. Quiet corner lot and communication with the owner was always quick and friendly. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful, modern, clean and great location

Lovely stay at Mark’s home! It’s a beautiful house in a nice spot. Heated pool was fantastic (esp since the weather didn’t cooperate) and Mark was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs!

Beautiful Home

Home was very nice and close to the beach only a 5 min walk, or you could get picked up by the resort shuttle. Every room 3 of the 5 bedrooms have their own on suite and the other two rooms have a bathroom. We had a great time!

Loved Southern Comfort!

It was a remarkable place to have a family vacation. First off, it was very clean which made for a very comfortable stay. Having access to the resort and the beach was also such a plus. Also, having the pool at the house was awesome. The location of the house was so nice with Barefoot Landing across the street. We would definitely book this house again and refer our friends to it as well.

This is the life!

When we arrived and jumped in the pool the first thing my young daughter said was “Mommy, this is the life!” And I think that embodied our trip. Mark made sure everything was perfect and was so helpful before and during our stay. The place is cleaned really well - better than many other homes I’ve stayed in. Loved it!

Windy Hill was extremely clean, well maintained and a perfect location for a guys golf trip. The property has an open concept living space on the main floor/kitchen, with the perfect walk out from main floor living area to patio/pool.

Amazing Rental!

This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. The house was exactly as described and absolutely spotless when we arrived. Mark was great to work with and always quick with all communication. The view of the beach was even better in person and we were within walking distance to the beach/resort. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect stay for a family

This property was everything it described and more. It was absolutely beautiful. There was more than enough space for our party of 10. Having access to the resort was an added bonus. Mark was available whenever needed and made our stay seamless. It was super clean and decorated beautifully. I would definitely recommend this property to any family looking for a relaxing vacation.

Wonderful property and experience

Traveled to Myrtle Beach with the family and another family. Had a wonderful time. The house is fantastic. Beautiful pool and plenty of room. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and resort pools and restaurants. Could not have been easier. The owners were fantastic also. Very responsive to any questions before and during the stay.

Family Trip

This was our first family trip with 6 adults and 2 kids. We were nervous about finding a place to fit us all and this property did not disappoint. It was large enough that each family had their own room and bathroom with an extra room to spare. Everything was so clean and well put together. The amenities that came with the house was an amazing bonus as well.

Nice place. Great communication with property manager. House was exactly as described. Wifi a bit choppy. resort beach is really crowded, so we went down to residential areas to hang on the beach where it was less crowded. Pool was salt water which was great for my skin/hair. My son had a wonderful time and spent most of his time in the pool. Definitely recommend for a family getaway.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect. It met all of our needs as a family. The location was not only beautiful but also perfect walking distance if we wanted to exercise and walk to the resort pool with the babies. We could see the ocean from this home, which I love. The pool in the back yard allowed us to still have sun time while the babies napped. Mark was amazing to deal with. Very responsive and informative of the area. We couldn’t have picked a better place for our family to relax and have our vacation. We will definitely be back.

Back to school vacation

Omg the pictures of this beautiful home don’t do justice.The pictures are beautiful but the house is more beautiful in person. We stayed at our pool more than we did at the resort pools and beach. We had ages running for 11 months to 79 and each and everyone loved it. It’s very spacious and has everything you want or need on vacation. Oh yea the elevator was a big plus as well. We are already booking for next summer. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us.

So good!

The Southern Comfort house was better than expected. Even before we arrived, communication was super-- friendly, helpful, and prompt. Upstairs 2 bedrooms share balcony with ocean view, the other 2 upstairs share a bathroom. Downstairs is another bedroom, full bathroom, and large open room for living room, dining table, large island and kitchen. Big slider doors open to pool and deck. We appreciated the pool has shallow play area for our small children. Kitchen was so well stocked with everything needed. The house is beautifully decorated but still felt "at-home". We used shuttle service for transport to beach and resort pools but honestly we used the pool at the house most days. Our family loved the beach house!

Family getaway

The property was beautiful. Elevator was invaluable for the grandparents of the group. Kids absolutely loved the heated pool. Mark was very accommodating. The water pressure at the sinks was minimal and the high heat burner at the stove not functioning properly; the other burners too low. A disappointment to this home chef. We would rent this home again.

Exceptional house!!

We absolutely loved the house, the location was perfect for walking to beach and resort pool area. The property was exceptionally clean. It had our dream kitchen and ceilings. This was the first house we have stayed in that had a pool, that was very convenient, we enjoyed laying out around the pool and going for a dip to cool off. Mark, was very accommodating, he even allowed us to extend our stay. Great memories were made with our family that consisted of three generations. Ages ranged from 86 to 18!! The elevator was a definite plus for grandma (and us when we were feeling lazy, lol). We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.
