Nuovissimo del programma Luxury Beach Rentals, questa suite all'11 ° piano è fronte oceano e offre una vista spettacolare sull'Atlantico blu dalla camera da letto principale, dal soggiorno, dalla cucina e dal balcone. Il master dispone di un letto king size, grande TV a schermo piatto e ingresso privato al balcone principale e bagno con doppio lavandino, cabina doccia e grande vasca romana. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, terza camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale che può essere convertito in due letti singoli su richiesta e il soggiorno ha un divano letto queen size. Potrai anche godere di grandi TV a schermo piatto in tutte le camere da letto e soggiorno, lavatrice e asciugatrice, una cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito e due bagni supplementari con ripiani in granito.

Il resort è situato nel cuore del Grand Strand in una sezione piuttosto orientata verso la famiglia della spiaggia. Il Cypress Room è un premiato ristorante in loco che serve colazione e cena ogni giorno con opzioni per il pranzo disponibili nel patio e al bar della piscina durante i mesi estivi. Le attività in loco includono il complesso di piscine coperte e scoperte che comprende un fiume artificiale, tre piscine, centri benessere, piscina per bambini e formazioni rocciose e cascate affacciate sulla spiaggia, oltre a un centro fitness e un solarium. Il condominio è abbastanza alto per evitare il rumore della piscina in estate e godere di una totale privacy. Questo condominio è secondo a nessuno in alloggi spaziosi, appuntamenti di lusso, attenzione ad ogni dettaglio ed è in ottime condizioni.

Was good overall! Good location and my kids loved the pool. Only issue I’d say was how they only provide you 1 trash bag for the whole stay but definitely not a deal breaker. Grout in shower in main bedroom did have some black spots unsure if mold?- other than that unit was very clean. Would stay again.

We stayed at Island Vista which sits right on the beach! We loved the view and the convenient location. We liked that it was away from the boardwalk and all that craziness. The unit was comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. We did some cooking and found plenty of cooking utensils as well as a small crockpot, air frier, coffee/Keurig, toaster, toaster oven and plenty of wine glasses and dinner ware. The main bedroom has an ocean view, the other two rooms look out onto the hallway. The family room has a big sliding door out onto a good sized porch with chairs to enjoy the view. I would recommend this property!

This condo is exactly as listed and more. The condo itself is beautiful and the location is perfect. The views of the ocean are stunning and provided a much needed break from our busy schedules. The property manager was very responsive and replied quickly when we had questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! The unit was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and with stunning ocean views. Waking up to the sight and sound of the sunrise and waves was perfection.The location was great, it was close to things, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true retreat. The amenities were fantastic, and the kids had an amazing time enjoying the pools and beach access. The highlight of our trip was spotting dolphins from the balcony.This condo exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend it.

This property is just like the photos. Very well appointed kitchen, nice homey touches and very clean. We stayed for 12 days over Christmas and really enjoyed the oceanfront location; when we had problems with the plumbing the rental company was really prompt in fixing our issue(s). I can highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great location and lovely property to enjoy some beachfront vacation time.

The accomodations were great for our group of four (one couple, two singles). We were able to walk to a really fun bar (Jimigans!) and having a kitchen was a plus. But if I were staying again (and I would), I would book with the resort directly. Booking through VRBO added lots of off-putting bureaucratic layers--a separate call to verify our ages, additional paperwork, constant admonitions to not trash the place, and all the check-out processes you expect from a rental...but with the impersonal touch of a hotel (AND hotel check-in/check out procedures!). Just book directly and enjoy a full resort experience.

The property was exactly as pictured. The condo was spacious and well decorated. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The pools and hot tub were very nice. We loved the outdoor seating around the fireplace in the evening. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to visit again!

The property looked exactly as the pictures. The condo was clean and the resort was family friendly. We had no trouble getting to the beach and pool. Only down side was the parking garage, it was very tight and sometimes we would have to let everyone out before parking to not hit walls or other cars with the doors.

The check-in process was great. We checked in with no problem and got 2 luggage racks to carry luggage to the condo. The condo was also great--no problems. The problem came when it was time to check out. We had no luggage rack and WAS DENIED ACCESS TO USE LUGGAGE RACKS. We (4 Senior Citizens - ages 72 - 76) with disabilities were forced to hand carry all luggage along with groceries to parking lot. We (3 of us) made 3 trips to the parking lot to get all of our things to the car. We would have gladly paid a fee to use the luggage racks or paid someone to carry the bags, but were denied these options also. It was awful and very disrespectful. I wondered if it was a race issue. It put a damper on an otherwise beautiful trip. We absolutely loved the condo and the location, along with the outside accommodations, but to have to carry bags to the car should have been notified of this from the beginning.

If you are looking for unobstructed ocean views, then this property is perfect. It was spacious and well appointed. Being on the sixth level made it very easy to unload our baggage and groceries. It’s in a quiet location in a neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

Our 2nd stay at Island vista, but first with this property. We had the best time! We love this location and will be back next year. We plan to rent this unit again. However, the fridge could use a replacement as it leaked from the freezer into the fridge and a water/ice machine would have been nice. Alerted MGMT and they will take care of it. Some minor cleaning issues, but I am very much picky when it comes to cleaning. I cleaned the doors around the handles of the bedrooms as there were stains of unknown substance. The view cannot be beat. The chairs and wagon in the closet is awesome! The weather was freezing most of the week, but the pools are very warm and our kids had a blast! We can't wait to return!
