Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo as well as community amenities, including outdoor pools and common areas within the resort. Public beach access is nearby, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.
You will have full access to the condo with the exception of the 3 kitchen cabinet, owners closet & 2 bathroom drawers in the master bedroom. A smart lock code will enable you access to the front door, where there is a Ring Doorbell operating 24/7 with video and audio recording, an additional one that is exterior facing in the rear of the home.

Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

1. Smoking and/or vaping is NOT allowed inside the unit or on the patio. 2. The presence of unauthorized guests may result in the termination of the rental agreement. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the on-line itinerary. 3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. No loud parties/music are permitted. Quiet hours are between 10PM and 9:00AM and are HOA and police enforced. 4. This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 5. Pets are NOT allowed. 6. Parking: Vehicles should only be parked in designated spaces. HOA does not allow campers/trailers and/or motorcycles 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. You will be charge for missing linens/towels. 8. Checkout - Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest: a. Empty the refrigerator and make sure all trash is in trash dumpsters. b. Load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run it. c. Place dirty towels in a pile. Strip all beds and place them in a pile. 9. Please lock all doors and windows upon departure. 10. Garbage: Any garbage must be bagged and placed in the trash dumpsters. 11. Any damage to any items in the house including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be examined before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. 12. A front door & patio Ring Doorbell are active 24/7, motion activated, video and sound recording. 13. Deactivation of Wifi ( modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental. 14. There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV. 15. Damaged items or missing items from the patio closet will also be assessed a fee of $50 per item. 16.
