This perfect, large, and spacious, two bedroom, two bathroom, third floor condo wants for absolutely nothing.  Perfect decorated with a beautiful blend of beachy and nautical decorations, you will be in awe at the interior beauty of this fully furnished condo.  All of the amenities you would expect are present in our fully stocked kitchen, with all appliances.  The unit also includes a washer and dryer.  How about the views?  This condo offers dual balconies, both off the living area, as well as the master bedroom of the incredible marsh area, just to the South of Mariners Cove.  Enjoy sipping your morning coffee, watching white, gray, and blue herrings fish for their catch in the morning.  

The swimming pool area is magnificent, boasting a large deck area, with ample lounge chairs, as well as upright sitting chairs.  There is an outdoor grilling area by the pool, as well as a raised outdoor seating area for picnics.  There is also a small area just by the pool for bicycle parking.  Additionally, there is free parking for up to two vehicles, which can be uncommon for two bedroom condos in the area.  What's more, we offer beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests, and kindly ask they are returned upon each use.  Please also note, there are no elevators in the building.
